Max results from stretching, hanging?

No one is writing and it’s good to delete it because there is mistake

There are many 5+ gainers here. Thunders. Place accumulated lots over the years. I’m one. Yes, you lose some (1cm?) after leaving PE, but you can have a small routine (mantainance) so that doesn;t happen, or else you make it bigger than you want, to let it sit at where you want it after a while.

Fact is, I never fully quit PE and am actually not at my goal yet.

You stretched it 6 cm? What meta means you made your dick 28 cm?

28cm is my ultimate goal. Not my actual length. I’m far from the goal yet.

I was trying to find your routine. Did your gains came mainly from hanging or extender?

10 years of extending (for periods not the whole time, but I would use it for a year long sometimes, other times 3 to 4 months. And hanging for about a year.

Ty bro. But there are many participants here who got monstruous gains. In the spanish forum there’s an old thread that resumes several experiences of members and their gains. I can’t recall the name of the thread though, but it was made by an old mod, you can find his posts by the name Alberto25

So answer please, are there any 5+ cm lenght gainers here from stretching,hanging. And after you stretch it how much cm did you lose?
