Maxaixois progress report

I apologize for my English, but I do try.
Since July 12 I started the PE.
My starting measures were:
BPEL: 6.6 inches
EG: 4.37 inches
My last measures (09/03/17) were:
BPEL: 7.1 inches
EG: 4.5 inches
My current routine is:
10 min stretch
200 jelqs
10 min stretch
200 dry jelqs

LAST MEASURE 12/10/18 BPEL : 20,3 cm (+3,5 cm) -- MSEG : pas encore mesuré ^^
