I see you do a ramping up of weights DURING the cold stretch, heat, and cool down potions of the routine. What are your thoughts about just increasing once during each of the phases (cold, heat, and cool down)? That’s the procedure I use right now.

12/31/17 BPEL= 6.25 MEG = 5.00 , 08/24/22 BPEL= 6.875 MEG = 5.125, 01/16/23 BPEL= 7.0 MEG = 5.25, 01/08/24 BPEL= 7.125 MEG = 5.25

06/12/24 BPEL= 7.25 Meg = 5.50 <---- Goals Reached

Next Goal ---> BPEL = 7.5 Meg = 5.75

I had assumed that ramping up the weights during a set was the way that everyone was doing it. For the cold stretch and cool down this probably makes little difference I suppose. But during the heated stretch it takes ~20mins to get up to ~40C so I wanted to ensure this point had been reached before maxing out the weight.

I am curious whether this makes a difference or not as it is a bit more hassle adding weights every few mins. If the same effect is achieved with less effort then I am all for it!
