Mdeds Journey of Growth
After lurking and reading for many a month, I have finally decided to put a proper routine into action. I have tried various routines on and off during the past few years but lacked consistency (and time) to get things going.
I have followed the progress log from 5.5squared and as a fellow engineer, I found his approach particularly appealing. I have never been fond of the manual approaches where you are led purely by ‘feel’ and with no actual knowledge of the actual forces exerted.
In any case, I am keeping quite an extensive spreadsheet to track my progress and will post excerpts here on the key stats.

Primary focus for the short-medium term is on length but will also look to add some more girth routines along the way.
Long term goals, which I believe should be attainable.
