I started the beginner routine on 7/21/2020 in a 2 day on/1 off schedule. 100 jelqs seems like a lot for me, so I’ve decided to back off and use the linear newbie routine for a while. I need to work on the accuracy of my measurements, but I’ve noticed improved EQ and potentially some minor BPEL and MSEG improvements (again, I have to refine my measurement techniques).

I have a couple questions. Apologies if these have been answered elsewhere, but I couldn’t find anything using the search tool.

1. I exercise the rest of my body regularly. Is it important to time my exercise with my PE sessions? Currently I do PE just a few minutes before running/lifting.

2. I want to incorporate edging; I was thinking 10 min sessions twice a day. Any recommendations? I also just picked up my first elastic cock ring if anyone has suggestions on using one with PE.

My main goals are girth and confidence. I’ve never had a problem with my size until recently becoming somewhat insecure with my partner. She assures me I’m adequate, but I’d love to be even more adequate ;) I’m working on the insecurity separately as it’s own issue, but if I can get some minor results from a simple routine, why not?

I just read somewhere on here last week, you should do your exercises prior to PE. If you do them after, all the blood goes to your other muscles.

Cock rings can be beneficial for temporary girth gains, during sex and when doing some PE exercises. But, if I were you, I would wait to incorporate them in your routine, until you are more conditioned. Say like, in 6 months. Then you can also add, different things to your routine, like pumping or clamping.

Stay consistent, and keep checking Thunders regularly. I swear, I learn something about PE, everyday! Be safe and happy gains!
