I also noticed that the little blood spots you get from jelquing hard go away pretty quickly with the use of the oils. They used to hang around a few days after a workout, now they’re gone next day.
I also take vitamin C as a suppliment, as well as B-complex and a regular multivitamin. I read somewhere at some point that C is the major building block of stuff in the body, so giving your unit extra supplies of building materials is always good!
BTW, with irregular stretching (and no hot work outs except for a few jelques in the shower, my guy measured in at 8-5/16” stretched flaccid length, when I started this thread it was just under 8-1/4” . With my work schedule, slower gains are expected as I cannot spend every day on the stretcher. I have been in this mode before and have not made any gains, so again, I think the oils do help a bit,
