Hi everyone it’s been a while since I have posted much on here I gave up for a while but have hit the ground running this time so far I have done around 10 weeks with my home made ADS .

So I just finished reading some posts by longerstrech and found that really interesting especially the less might be best approach coupled with using the ruler more often , from what I have read on here a lot of guys only measure once a month or so .

So recently I pulled the measuring stick out and was very excited to see some good gains however I didn’t have a pen to Mark the progress so figured I’d do it latter in the day , so after a few hours I re measured and to my horror my gains were gone !! I couldn’t believe it and unless I had measured again I wouldn’t have known .

So for the last few days I have been measuring bpsfl 3 or 4 times a day at this early stage it seems that after 30 minutes of stretching with my ADS I get a nice gain of around 5mm and that seems to last for around 1.5 hour until my dick go, s back to pre stretch :( ! .

The point ! Well with this newfound info I have started a new approach rather than wearing the ADS for 5 or 6 hours a day I am now wearing it for around 2 but I break that up into four 30 minute sessions 1.5 to 2 hours apart and preferably 1 or 2 of those sessions involve a weat pack or the spa though I now prefer the weat pack that really gets the heat on to give a really good cock relaxing stretch .

So in theory I should retain the gain for around 8 hours a day but only be stretching for 2 . I shall stick with it for a couple of weeks and report back with any progress.

As always I’m open to any suggestions ! .

So I have carried on stretching 3 to 4 times a day in shorter bursts I try and aim for quality stretching sessions as in hot wheat pack / spa or a home made cock sock full of rice it gives me a really good stretch especially when I anchor the ADS to the wall I also massage my cock as it stretches and cool down under tension.

Last time I had a measure up I found my cock would loose the gains within 2 hours however I’m very excited to see the new routine is paying off and have officially gained 11mm over approximately the last 80 days , the 5mm I was loosing is now the new norm so I’m actually getting a bigger dick whoop whoop and the EQ is awesome to boot so it, s going to be interesting to see if I can get past the new mark on the measuring stick .Cheers .

Just another wee update , so iv continued on gaining and over the course of my last post was getting another 5mm over the last mark on the measuring stick and was starting to get excited !! However seen as how I measure every day or sometimes twice it gives me a good idea on how my dick is reacting to its workout .

So today I started off as usual heat then stretch so I measured & found my cock a bit more reluctant to get past my previous Mark & iv just finished my second routine and found it to be just as much a struggle despite a good warmup with a wheat pack .

So with this knowledge Iv hooked my self up to the ADS again to see if my cock needs more work now to get the longer stretch , if that doesn’t work I’m thinking sadly I may need a bit of a break , on a good note my EQ is outrageous.

Thoughts anyone ?

So after my first 5 hours back on the ADS my penis was back to that tired and stretched feeling which I hadn’t felt since cutting back the hours the previous couple of weeks , I took yesterday off from PE & back into it today , It will be interesting to see if at the end of next week (Friday ) I can hopefully put another mark on the measuring stick .

Well no such luck at this stage sadly no new notch to carve on the measuring stick , though there is a glimmer of hope as iv definitely passed previous length but it’s taking longer wearing of the ADS to achieve stretch and it’s seems my day off from PE is a Wednesday I loose any new gain .

I suspect this weeks round should provide some better results as today is really the start of my new week as I could not wear my ADS for long yesterday due to other commitments .
From what I have learned so far I get my best results from walking & having the ADS attached below my knee after a 4 or 5 k walk all the tugging really gives my cock a good workout to the point I should probably put a bit more tension on the ADS to perhaps get me to another level .

So just another wee update for my self by the looks of it ! , today is supposed to be my last day on for the week as I usually take Wednesday off from PE however I’m considering not taking any days off my PI are fine and I reckon last time I took a day off it took a couple to get back to where I was .
Which is still struggling to come up with many mm , I’m still going around 5mm over my last confirmed gain however it always go, s back to pre stretch so I’m trying to put more hours in to see if that helps .

I do have a question though , what’s everyone’s thoughts on internal tug , so stretching hard enough to feel it tugging possibly on the prostate / anus area particularly if I stretch straight out or up .is this a good or bad thing ? .

So .it’s working! , so yesterday I have put another mark on the measure , it’s not permanent but 20cm bpsfl is achievable daily now , today I actually went slightly over the mark so definitely getting longer , I haven’t measured my actual BPEL in some time , have refined my ADS routine slightly .

So my aim as always is a heated stretch preferably for 30 minutes and I’m putting some a decent stretch on , so more than I would for the rest of the day after that I lesson the tension to make it much more comfortable and I can really put the hours in . One thing that still catches me out now and again is fluid retention behind the gland , I always stretch the skin rite back before tightening the ADS but sometimes I don’t get it all , it gets painful and makes the rest of the day quite uncomfortable.
Also Wednesday was supposed to be my day off however I still stretched for 1.5 hrs .

26/5/2021 , having trouble adding to my stats so I’ll just put them here : 11/3/21 BPFSL 18.5 cm , 23/3/21 19 cm , 1/5/21 19.4 cm , 21/5/2021 20 cm BPFSL , since my last gains in the 21/5 I have not gained anything also I have stopped taking days off from PE , so far my PI are fine .

Over the next couple of weeks should be interesting as I feel I may have bottomed out I cannot seem to get past that 20 cm measurement . I may have to up the anti and purchase a sizedoctor or something similar however I know that will take at least a month or more to arrive. My routine is a heated stretch in the ADS then I just continue to wear it as long as I can which is usually 2 hours then I have a small break and do 2 more 1.5 hour stets with breaks inbetween, still I get my best results from walking , I now have the ADS attached to my foot as opposed to under my knee .

So I have carried on with the above routine . 20 cm pbfsl seems to be the battle line as yet I have not managed to get past it .

Also on , also I’m comfortably measuring over 7 inches BPEL .

3 June 2021 and sadly at this point and time my dick has put the breaks on , I have continued on with my routine but also added some hanging ( 2 kg ) into the routine I hang for approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour a day , the first couple of days I could stretch slightly over the 20 cm mark but it just won’t really budge , open to suggestions ? .

Iv tried a few manuals too but still no luck .

I think what I really need is something along the lines of a sizedoctor.

My routine has been all over the show since my last post , at 1 stage I believe I had a small blister so took 3 days off for it to heal , I haven’t had anymore gains as yet however today I heated up my cock sock & hung for 10 minutes , I now feel that 2kg is not enough weight so I put the ads on & really put some tension on .

After 1 hour I measured & finally got some movement of approximately 4mm over my previous maximum length mark on the ruler , so for the next week I’ll focus on more heat & heaver loads & see if I keep gaining.

So I haven’t really recorded any new gains as such but I can stretch over my previous mark daily by maybe 3 mm but I’m not calling it a win quite yet .

Do have some breaking news I ordered a sizedoctor game changer …the Chinese version .
So today is day one ! of a new system..fist impression it looks pretty good though being plastic & alloy I handle the threads with care , Also managed to guess the correct size rubber sleeve a #5 .
After playing around with rod lengths iv settled on about the most tension I could muster …comfort wise it’s brilliant !! .
At this point and time the only discomfort is at the base as the two ends tend to poke me in my fat pad but it’s certainly tolerable at this point & time , the actual stretch or tension is probably a bit less than my Ads but I suspect il be able to wear this much longer .
Down side would be it is not very inconspicuous and needs some loose clothing over top that said I put a small belt just below the suction cup and it’s pulled it in nicely.
So that is a very preliminary assessment as I have only been wearing it for a liver 1 hour so will report back at a letter date …hopefully with some progress!!!.

The little balls on the ends of the base cause sore spots for me, too. I’ve been considering carving them down.

The threads are way smaller than they should be, and not very precise. You have to be careful not to cross-thread them when assembling.

I recently discovered a way to get the water out after washing, assuming you don’t want to fight the gasket off and on. Just point the base down and pull on the gasket and the folded sections will straighten out. Give it a few shakes to dislodge any loose droplets, and it’s 99% dry.

Well , no recent gains to mention I’m still around 2-3 mills of 8” bpsfl , my routen has been cut back considerably as work makes it impossible to wear the SD so I’m back to 1-1.5 hours a day & contemplating when do you decide to pull the pin , my goal was 8” bpel .
