Hi , totally new here I found this wonderful sight a couple of days ago and have been reading a lot this is the best information iv ever come across, so I started PE 3 days ago & yep I’m one of those ones that over did it a little burst a small vein jelqing a bit hard luckily it went away the next day , still trying to find my way around this huge forum & figure out all the abbreviations!! I entered my stats but think I got that wrong 2 but at least I no what I’m on about !

Thought I’d best get the tape out today to record any progress 6.5” x 5.5” so that’s me day 2 .

My dream would be to get to 8” so I could really punish the wife but I’d still be really happy with an extra inch on the gun , so that’s me the noob.

Hey bud, are you sure you burst a small vein? This kind of thing would take a few weeks at best to heal, you should lay off PE for a while. Were you jelqing with high erection? It’s generally advised against.
If its some small red dots you saw, it was a capillary you probably damaged. No worries, happens to us all ^^

Hi thanks for the advise ! Yea I burst something my first jelqing session I got a little excited when I saw my cock balloon & did it a bit tight but the next day it had mostly gone , you no more bruise like rather than a dark purple blob under the forskin , I have learnt a lesson & likely not the last but dood iv done 6 days of manual stretching say 20 -30 mins & a little lighter than when I started after reading really good posts , and been doing around 200 more controlled jelqs , all in the shower & iv found my self rather fascinated with the result, cock has come back to life !! So I’m around 10 days into PE my morning woods have been rock solid & in general just fuller during the day , the longest iv done PE without a break has been 3 days , in the short amount of time iv been at it cock has changed a lot I can jelq & stretch much firmer , I don’t really have a set routine, I do around 200 jelqs & manual stretch for 15-20 minuets in or just out of the shower so I’m nice warm & relaxed but also if iv find iv got 10 minuets to spear during the day iv started doing a few dry jelqs iv found doing that you can really work the inner penis perhaps a little more , also after that I really hold firm at the base & keep the pressure on for 30 seconds a few times , iv noticed my cock has felt meater since iv started so I got the ruler out yesterday & iv definitely gained , the best I could manage when I signed up here was 6.5” the measurements do fluctuate a little but I got 5mm short of 7” a couple of times so I’m saying there is definitely an extra 1/4 inch there that wasn’t there when I started!!

Unreal, I’m going to try & get my work outs a little more consistent but sometimes that’s a little tricky & I have to take what I can get time wise.

Hi , I am still at it , just manually stretching & jelqing sometimes I do 300 also iv started stretching twice a day with the odd dry jelq in between, I haven’t had a measure up in a while but think I will in a week maybe to. How ever I have certainly noticed a bigger difference just hanging so fingers crossed!!

I shall endeavour to correct my wicked spelling 👍.

Just wondering if it’s possible to over do it on the manual stretching? Iv been thinking about this as I have read about the traction devices etc that guys wear for hours on end so if I where to up the manuals say to 3 or 4 times a day would this be beneficial ?
My stretching routine is only for around 10 -15 minuets at a time.

Hi team , so I had a measure up 2 days ago pressed against the ruler I managed 3mm over 7 inches , still just doing manual stretches & around 200-250 jelqs 2 to 3 days on and 1 off . I am currently undecided if I should start on some other technique , I have been considering it but for more practical reasons have stuck to what I am doing as it’s often hard to find the time for anything else.

I Have put the tape measure away for now ! I have ramped up my routine, not sure if you guys are familiar with the Mandingo technique but I have incorporated that as part of the routine plus’s for the last 3 days upped the jelqing to 350 also adjusted my technique I follow through quicker with the second stroke to keep the shaft fuller and tighter at the end of each session I finish with fire Goat rolls and warm water , my cock feels warm & full for a couple of hours after each routine.

That’s best, you may see disappointment if you measure every day or even every week, like I once did. But it is good for getting to grips with correct measuring procedure and accurate starting numbers ^^
I am not personally familiar with the Mandingo Technique, I think I will have to do some research. I wish you good gains, Muttongun! Keep us posted :)
