My beginning

Hi whats up everyone. Not new to PE but I am finally taking it serious. I have been on a self improvement journey for the past three months. I quit masturbation, porn, Marijuana, heavy drinking, all drugs, and started my spiritual journey with God.

In this process, I want my body to function at its optimal functional level. Currently at 16.5 cm BPEL, and 5.5 in EG. I have a pretty chunky fat pad, probably an inch to an inch and a half. I have been a pretty fat kid since I came from India to America. Since 5Th grade till now I have been in the category of overweight to now being obese. Though I am making a change with a 6 hour intermittent fast window from 12 P.M. To 6 P.M. Basically on a paleo diet, but I indulge in rice and plain whole yogurt, although I am going to minimize that. I weightlift, bicycle, and play basketball on almost a daily basis now.

I wear a suction type ADS, that I can tie around my knees or my hips. I wear the ADS a minimum of six hours each day, and then I wear my sleeve during the rest of the day when I ride my bike, play basketball, or even during the gym. I noticed my ADS is tearing my frenulum a bit,, but I place a little clothe on it before I retract my foreskin so there isn’t any pain anymore. When I sleep, I use the fowfer method. I never let my penis have the opportunity to turtle. I pump a minimum of three times a day, every day for 5 min each set throughout the entire day.

Purely focusing on length right now. I am continuing with the pumping, ADS, manual stretches, heating pad,, fowfer, and sleeve every day no rest. In a week or so, I will start a hanging and jelqing routine every other day . When I reach an eight inch BPEL, then I will start clamping and aim for 7 inch EG.

I will post my progress here, and will think about posting pictures on here.

I’m no expert but it sounds like too much especially with no rest.

Maybe someone with more experience can chime in though

Yes, I could see why you might think its a lot, but the sleeve, manuals, fowfer, stretches, and pumping are just to maintain current and future EQ.

Only thing I’m pushing for some change is the ADS. I just don’t see a reason to take rest from an ADS.

When I add the jelqs and hanging that routine will be 1 day off 1 day on.

Yes, same with me it tore like 3 days ago. The tiniest amount of blood. But to counter that and to prevent a tighter frenulum I started wearing my sleeve during non ADS times. When I checked today its completely healed.

Whole reason I stopped PE in the past was because of a frenulum tear. Although now I have my solution and healing process to prevent pain.

Never got back on the PE wave till now because I got sucked back into the habit of masturbation and sex. When I’m getting pussy it’s hard for me to even be interested in PE. So I am staying celibate until I either get married or atleast until I reach my goal. We shall see if horniness takes over.

Measured BPEL at 17 cm, past length was 16.5 cm. So I gained half a centimeter from just manual stretches and pumping. With the inclusion of an ADS, sleeve, and fowfers to solidify gains. This is in 3 days as well.

I’ll do 1 or 2 more weeks of this same routine. Then I will add hanging and jelqs.

I barely touched 16 cm today.

I finally started hanging and jelqing I don’t know if it’s because of my age but my girth increased significantly. I haven’t been doing PE for about 2 or 3 months. Recently been on track this past week. Measuring at 16.5 cm. Didn’t measure girth, but I will soon.

Update on Size: Just been jelqing, pumping, and ADS-ing since my last post. Solidified at 16.8 cm in length.

Well lads, your boy is millimeters away from the 7 inch club, I have just been using the extender and my sleeve. My length is at 17.5 cm which is about 6.9 inches. I had a upward curvature which is looking straighter. I haven’t kept record of girth, sorry, but not my focus yet. I have noticed the flaccid length is bigger but I know for sure the flaccid girth hasn’t changed much. My goal is a classic 8x6. I haven’t had time for pumping or jelqing, but I want to incorporate it again, guess Ill start it tonight! See you guys in another 3 months, or earlier if there’s any surprises.

Good on you for getting gains! A tip would be to take pictures, even if they’re just for yourself, just so you can see the difference. I just started taking pictures to compare each month so I know I’m on the right track. Wish I would’ve taken some when I first began, but hey, better late than never! And also, use enough heat so you don’t just ignore it, it’s really important! Good luck!

Thanks happypill! Definitely wouldn’t forget the heat, I have a suction extender, before I wear it for a good chunk of the day (4-12 hrs) I use this USB heat pad (size 6x4 inches) while my mini me is being extended for about 30 minutes to an hour after my morning sprints.

On the topic of progress pictures, I use snapchat and have my videos saved of me pumping, and my pump comes with an imprinted ruler so I have a good reference point on my past lengths, I’ll save a video about every month.

Also, sheesh! 5.9 in to 7.3 in! Good stuff!
