My beginning
Hi whats up everyone. Not new to PE but I am finally taking it serious. I have been on a self improvement journey for the past three months. I quit masturbation, porn, Marijuana, heavy drinking, all drugs, and started my spiritual journey with God.
In this process, I want my body to function at its optimal functional level. Currently at 16.5 cm BPEL, and 5.5 in EG. I have a pretty chunky fat pad, probably an inch to an inch and a half. I have been a pretty fat kid since I came from India to America. Since 5Th grade till now I have been in the category of overweight to now being obese. Though I am making a change with a 6 hour intermittent fast window from 12 P.M. To 6 P.M. Basically on a paleo diet, but I indulge in rice and plain whole yogurt, although I am going to minimize that. I weightlift, bicycle, and play basketball on almost a daily basis now.
I wear a suction type ADS, that I can tie around my knees or my hips. I wear the ADS a minimum of six hours each day, and then I wear my sleeve during the rest of the day when I ride my bike, play basketball, or even during the gym. I noticed my ADD ADS is tearing my frenulum a bit,, but I place a little clothe on it before I retract my foreskin so there isn’t any pain anymore. When I sleep, I use the fowfer method. I never let my penis have the opportunity to turtle. I pump a minimum of three times a day, every day for 5 min each set throughout the entire day.
Purely focusing on length right now. I am continuing with the pumping, ADS, manual stretches, heating pad,, fowfer, and sleeve every day no rest. In a week or so, I will start a hanging and jelqing routine every other day . When I reach an eight inch BPEL, then I will start clamping and aim for 7 inch EG.
