My Experience with PE
Ok Guys,
I wanted to share my story back in march to april when i first stumbled upon PE.
But I only found about thunders just back in novemeber when i was searching about PE methohds.
So back to my exeperience about PE so i started PE with the following routine:
15 mins warm up hot towel
10 mins jelqing
15 mins warm down
One thing to note is that I used to grip left hand at the base and jelq using the palns upside down grip or what is called V jelqs I think.
So technically within 10 days i increased my jelqing session by 25 mins.
I just couldnt believe it after techincally 30 days of jelqing i found my penis EG became(5.11 inches)13 cm went from (4.5 inches)11.5 cm.<br>
My Erection level of jelqing was 60 %.
So I was very excited and I added streching to my routine.
My new routine was as follows:
25 mins warm up hot towel wrap
35 mins jelqing
15 mins streching later after 10 days 30 mins sterching
25 mins warm down
My BPEL was (5.11 inches) 13 cm.
So a month passed and my jelqs became 40 to 50 mins long and my streching became 40 mins long.
I measured at my 30 day of streching which was off day.
My EL turned to be 13.5 cm which 5.31 inches.
The biggest thing i regret is that i wish i measured my EBPL which I'm sure should have been 14.4 cm which is 5.7 inches.
Now I’m just guessing.
But I stopped for various of reasons.
And I regret it I though I wont lose my gains which I now know that the reason I lost it is because I didnt cement those gains.
PE is great it definitely works.
