My journey for a penis I'm happy with

My journey for a penis I'm happy with

As I’m writing this, I am a little over half a year into my PE journey. I can’t really remember the exact time I started but it was sometime late 2021. My starting BPEL measurement was 5.1. This was what catapulted me into my PE journey after checking the statistics. Being below the average of 5.5 was simply unacceptable for me and for my mental health with future partners. I could not allow it.

I started with manual stretches as I first wanted to test the waters on this PE thing and see if it is legit. It may not seem believable to many people but I gained an inch from manuals within half a year. I almost couldn’t believe it. A full inch! But by this point, I could not achieve the same tissue fatigue by using my hands as I would pull to the point my arm was shaking and I would achieve no tissue fatigue. After that, I looked into hanging.

I know vacuum hanging is in right now and is touted by many, but the taping and potential blisters at higher weights were unappealing. I decided to choose compression hanging. After about a month of inconsistent hanging as I tried to get over the learning curve, I am now measuring at 6.4 BPEL. I was super happy with the gains but realize that with the law of diminishing returns, my rate of gains will slow down. My routine as of right now is to just do 3x20 sets of hanging before I go to sleep. Sometimes if I have time, I will squeeze in an extra set but that’s usually not the case.

In terms of when to stop, I think I will go at it for a couple of years before I retire. I know many people have been around this space for years and in some cases decades, but I feel that at some point, I need to move on with my life and accept my penis. But I would be lying if I said I did not have a specific goal in mind. As of right now, I think 7.5 BPEL is my goal but I’ve been told to overshoot my goal by about 0.5 inches to compensate for any relapse. But that would be about a 3-inch gain which I have not seen convincing proof of occurring. But who knows, maybe I can achieve it.

I’ll be measuring every month and monitoring my gains from here on out. Hopefully, by the end of all this, I achieve a penis I am happy with.

Hey Boper! You are doing great so far mate, just keep going at it! I also just like you felt unacceptably inadequate at 5-5.3” BPEL and threw myself into PE with passion. I also earned an inch using manuals just like you did (okay and a bit of pumping as well, but just a little bit) and got almost another with hanging. I’m sitting at almost 7” (I may be seven already, but haven’t measured) and let me tell you I feel like if I got to here from 5.3” I can get to wherever I want. My goals, although perhaps unrealistic is the thing that keeps me alive and going through this journey. So why wouldn’t you shoot higher if you can hit it? Yes have the goal of 7.5” as a stage 1, but you could introduce more just for the fun of it. Like stage 2 at 8”x6” and stage 3 at 9”x7”. Whatever you do just be mindful of the process otherwise you may injure yourself like I do.

Starting stats (as of September 2018): 13.5cm / 5.3" BPEL ||| 11.5cm / 4.5" MSEG

Current stats (as of November 2022): 17cm / 6.7" BPEL ||| 13.5cm / 5.3" MSEG

Great to see you starting a log! The manual techniques that got you an inch will never go away. They always play a role, whether you use your hands or not, the principles remain. Doesn’t hurt to throw manuals in now and then either.

Learn as much as you can, there is literally a library of firsthand experience here.

Your goals aren’t outlandish. The are some here that have. It won’t happen overnight. It takes allot of time and allot of want, but it can happen. Stay consistent, stay safe, and don’t overwork it.

Looking forward to your progress!

Thank you! It’s always nice to see other people with similar starting lengths as it’s kind of like we are on this journey together. I mostly agree on your point of shooting higher if I can. The only thing holding me back is that I actually hit the cervix of a new FWB I made recently during my favorite position doggystyle and left her in pain. I understand she’s on the lower end of the spectrum of vaginal depth but I still want a bigger penis. I feel like 7.5-8 is a good happy medium range where it is big but not too big for most people.

+1

Congrats on your gains so far Boper, and I wish you a bunch more success!

Took a break for the last 3 weeks as life got a little busy but I started hanging again and I’m measuring at 6.7 BPEL! I never would’ve thought I’d reach this measurement when I was at 5.1 BPEL but I did. More than halfway to the golden 8!

Great job! Love reading stuff like this. Congrats
