Week 4 day 1 (28/06/2017) (30 total routine days):
- 5 minutes warm up.
- 2 sets of 30 second stretches to each side.
- 70 dry jelqs.
Week 4 day 2 (29/06/2017) (31 total routine days):
- 5 minutes warm up.
- 2 sets of 30 second stretches to each side.
- 80 dry jelqs.
- 5 minutes warm down.
Week 4 day 3 (01/07/2017):
I couldn’t exercise because I was too tired and fell asleep.
Week 4 day 4 (02/07/2017) (32 total routine days):
- 5 minutes warm up.
- 2 sets of 30 second stretches to each side.
- 80 dry jelqs.
This week’s routines were OK. The stretches are feeling easier to do and I don’t feel them as much as in the beginning. The jelqs have been more and less good, they’re harder to do correctly than I thought for me and because I do it with one hand and it gets very tired. I’d like some advice on this.
I was going to measure tomorrow but it doesn’t seem to be any change so I’m saving my time and frustration to the end of July. This month I will add some jelqs, from Wednesday I will be doing 120 jelqs for two week and then move to 150 jelqs until the end of July.
My PIs have been OK these weeks and I have had some morning woods but they may be related to my thoughts about my girlfriend in the morning.
From now on I will update once a week because this size issue is becoming an obsession for me and it depresses me a little bit.
