Stepping from 5 times per week to 4 times looks like a plan to me. I am still convinced that “less is more” could be a way to examinate for a couple of months.

I have been out for a while but here’s a summary of what I did:

After I took the two weeks off, I proceeded with the routine I posted in my last post here, I did it for 4 weeks (I might have missed one or two days) and again I saw no change in size and due to it, some emotional stuff, lack of time, university, work and that I injured my hand, I took two more weeks off but I’m back and I’m decided to make it grow or at least make it the best it can be.

I’ll continue with the routine I posted before except that I will only stretch straight out and add more kegels. I will be posting every now and then to keep me motivated.

The routine is as it follows:
- 5 minutes warm up. (4 times a week).
- 2 sets of 5x30-second-stretches straight out. (4 times a week).
- 200 wet jelqs. (4 times a week).
- 75 kegels held for 5 seconds each one. (4 times a week).
- 15 minutes of edging, if possible I’ll add more time. (1-2 times a week)
- Ejaculate once a week.

I’d mix in some straight down stretching as well. I’ve found it to be very effective.

Otherwise it looks like a solid routine.

Interesting to know that you have a varicocele as well. Do you remember if it developed due to an injury when you were younger? Mine was from slipping off the pedals of a joke that was too big for me. PN
