So once again ill start the newbie routine. I have tried it once seriously but I saw no changes in like 2-3 months and stopped, but this time ill log it and try to keep this log updated maybe weekly maybe once every two weeks so that maybe it would motivate me to keep the PE up too. I also am gonna start going to the gym, in the next weeks and possibly even try nofap.

I have actually started the newbie routine about 2 weeks ago but just now started logging it on here, just doing the normal newbie routine that you find in here without the kegels tho. Tomorrow I’m gonna increase the time for stretches and the jelqs again.

Also I have plans to try some kind of extender once iv done manual stuff for like 3-6 months at least since my primary goal is to gain length. I own a bathmate hercules that I bought years back that introduced me to PE but I don’t use it currently since I don’t have intentions of increasing my girth yet.

Current routine is just the newbie routine with 6 min stretching and like 13 min jelqing increasing it each by little weekly.

Current stats

BPEL: 19.4cm or 7.64 inches

NBPEL: 16.9cm or 6.65 inches

EG: 14.4cm or 5.67 inches

NBPEL: 19cm or 7.5 inches

That’s a good starting size and you have a good plan in place.

Stay with it, be consistent and most of all patient, and you’ll begin to see results.

Haven’t really updated because not much changed, iv just added 3-4 min more time each week like you’re supposed to on newbie routine. Currently at 8min stretching and 20 min jelq, tomorrow gonna increase it again. Mostly trying to learn the proper technique and how much force to use etc.

Also first measurement since start 1 month ago and only 1 mm increase in BPEL which could just be an error in measuring.

Good job on the consistency. Since you’re a newbie allow me to give you a word of advice: most of us ruin (some of) the cherished newbie gains by ramping up too quickly… If I were you I’d try a month of what you’re doing now! If it doesn’t work, then increase intensity/time. PE is a marathon after all.

Some gains

So iv been doing the newbie routine for some time now I don’t really know how long I haven’t kept track but iv been doing 10 mins stretching and 30 mins jelqing, still not really knowing how hard to do them. Gonna do that for as long as I gain since I just noticed my first gains that can’t be just a error in measurement, I just measured 19.8 cm BPEL, also 17.5cm NBPEL and no girth gains.

Pretty much just gonna continue this routine for sometime so only updates are gonna be measurement updates.

Haven’t stopped doing the routine just not much has changed so nothing to log, Iv been consistently measuring BPEL 19.8cm and 17.2 NBPEL for about a month now with no changes. I also noticed that my MSEG has increased from around 14.4cm to 14.7cm which is something I really didn’t want or need. I was thinking of adding some more length work to my routine since iv been gaining girth pretty consistently but no length, not sure what to add so I’m just gonna increase the stretching time slowly over time and see if that helps.

Not a pro here, but I recall someone saying the penis is most malleable for 3 minutes after applying heat. You could try adding another warm up halfway through your stretching routine to allow your penis to elongate further again. And make sure you’ve relaxed your pelvic floor muscles as much as you can while stretching. Perhaps, even try reverse kegeling to see if that allows for a deeper stretch.

I believe keeping the penis in an expanded state for some time after a PE routine is the best way to turn temp gains into semi-permanent gains. So, you should look into wrapping or something of the sort to keep your penis at or near the stretched length so it adapts there.

If any of the vets see flaws in my theory, don’t hesitate to point it out. I’ve done a lot of reading and made some great newbie gains, but I am still learning myself! Most of all, good luck with your journey. Be consistent, no matter what your current results, and you’ll find what works.

P.S. You’re starting size is just barely below the ‘ideal’ penis size. What a monster lol. Oh, and do kegels. I don’t know why you aren’t but they’re hugely beneficial and important. You can do them any time. I tend to do them in bed before I sleep.
