Hello all, My penis went from 4.35 in girth and 5.80in length to 4.65in girth and 6.1 in length in just a week, all I did was 2hours of erect bends for two days and 2hours of the horse squeeze for 3days, I was so amazed when I measured.

And also my penis is always bigger in the morning and in the afternoon, but as soon as its evening or night it will be smaller, its been so now for some days, and what is making the difference is the bottom of my penis. Some times it will be flat and some times it will fill, what do you think is responsible for this?

Hello Mr, so sorry for bordering you, please pardon me. But I have a question, will the improved erection stay permanent. Or will it no longer be there after some time? Am asking this because when I was still on the newbie routine with jelqing I experience this improved erection but not as improved as this present one, but it disappears after I quitted for some months.

I Don’t mean to offend or hurt you in any way but I think your wrong. I haven’t done PE for a year now. I’ve only lose .2 of my length , may be its just me.

If your goal is 7 inches then try to reach 7.5 because after you stop PE and you lose some size you will still have your desired size.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Hello master, yes I did. I have been p.e for more than a year now.
I found out about p.e in the month of may 2014 and I started it on the same day I learnt about it
Friday 1st of May 2014
In which I set a target of 3months to hit my short term goal, I was 4.9 inches in length and 3.8 - 3.9inches in girth when I started p.e

And my short term goal as at then was 5.5inches in length and 4.5inches in girth
My short term TARGET LENGTH was =5.5inches and TARGET GIRTH was = 4.5 at mid shaft.

I achieved my target length with in the space of the 3months period with only jelqing, No stretching involved. And I was unable to achieve my target girth, because after the 3months my girth became 4.35 which is only .35gain within the three months period. I jelqed and jelqed and jelqed for another 6months but there was no way to increase my girth I only saw length gains which went from 5.5 to 5.8inches. Since there was nothing I could do about the girth which is still 4.25, then I decided to move on to the advance routine. I did uli and there was still no improvement on my girth. Then I gave up on PE. On October 2014.

Till on the 3rd of this month when I decided to resume p.e, I did some research and I found out about the erect bend and the horse #440 squeeze, which sky rocketed my gains to what it is now.

Awesome gains man, just be careful and listen to your cock. You’re gaining quite fast in my opinion , you only need to do enough PE to see gains, don’t push past thinking more is better. That is a sure way to get injured.

Thanks man. The last session I did was two days ago, there was this vain at the top of my penis, it looks so long and thick and very painful to the extend I can no longer continue that night so I had to stop, but I will continue this night and possible tomorrow or next.

Take it easy man! Pain is never a good thing… especially related to your penis. Your penis is telling you enough is enough. Take a break… at least until the pain goes. Good luck :)

True words man, but I really need to gain this girth badly, my main target is to hit 4.75 - 5.00 in girth before the end of man, and I guess that is my long term goal, because I don’t think I can ever gain anything more than that in girth.

We do not have a disagreement. That 0.2 would have stayed if you have followed a simple maintenance routine. I suppose one could do what you are proposing too.
