My progress journal
Hello everyone.
I decided to start a progress journal to keep track of everything that’s going on and also as an extra motivator to keep me going.
Started on November 19 2015, following J123’s linear routine recommendation. At first, just warm up + 30 jelqs, and progressing slowly, every other day, slowly increasing number of jelqs. Started stretching after almost 3 weeks following this routine.
My current routine is as follow, 2 days on/ 1 day off;
5 min hot wrap
5 30s stretches (SD, SO, SU and left and right), I’m starting to integrate rotor stretches after as well.
160 wet jelqs (currently experimenting, trying to find a decent grip instead of the OK)
2-3 mins firegoat rolls
5 min hot wrap
I’m measuring every wednesday, BPEL only, not keeping track weekly on girth since it’s not my primary focus. Here’s my progress so far;

*Gains from the week of 23-30dec were very slim because I took a break. During a session some small veins on the top of the penis started to get blood red and my unit just swollen up, it got extremely thick and something about it felt off, I decided to take a 3 day rest.
I’m honestly still dumbfounded by the gains, I wasn’t expecting such huge improvement on such a small period of time. My erections are just incomparable, it’s a whole other level of hardness. Flaccid length and girth are getting better by the day. The unit just feels heavier and fuller, it’s a fantastic feeling ,and great for the self esteem. And I feel like I could’ve gained much more, since I’m taking things very lightly, but I’d rather take time than risk an injury.
Just recently I started taking pictures to record the gains, I wish I started sooner, it feels unreal to see on paper that it used to be 2cm smaller, its hard to get a grasp of how different it is without a different perspective (length-wise, that is, girth-wise is pretty obvious). Perhaps in a couple months I’ll have a visual log to share!
From the start I used the OK grip for jelq, and sometimes I’d feel some weird sensation in the urethra, after some research around here I found out that the OK grip is prone for injuries, so I decided to change things up a bit. I’m still experimenting with several different grips, mainly variations on the C grip and the pinch grip, because apparently I’m an idiot and don’t know how to do those properly. I’ve attached a picture of the one I’m using and would love some feedback about it. The penis definitely hangs fuller after using them, but I dunno how it compare to others in terms of effectiveness.
I’m currently on my last jelq day, I’m going on a cruise and taking one week off PE (I think, I believe some rest after 6 weeks of routine could be good, right?)
