I have been a creeper on this website for quite some time. Wanted to tell my story, and the gains achieved thus far.
I started PE when we moved away. We lived 14 hours from family, and we just had our first son (this was 2016).
When my son was born, I used to use the time feeding in the night (my turn) to do PE. I stumbled upon the website and started hanging a dumbbell with a shoelace from my unit. Definitely hurt a lot, but looking back at it, I remember my motivations.
In college, I was 40lbs lighter, and I felt like I had a BPEL of 6.0 exactly. Then, after gaining weight, moving away, and then kids, I started noticing I wasn’t as hard, or as long. Somehow, I had managed to fall in size to 5.5in BPEL, and was experiencing embarrassing turtling at the gym, or even in front of my wife getting out of the shower. This all led me to lurk on here as well as PEgym for answers. Thus, I started hanging with a free weight, no padding, and a shoelace.
I saw no gains, but looking back, I wasn’t committed, or know what I was doing. I still may not, but I have gains.
Fast forward to September of last year. Months of quarantine, and still experiencing the turtling - enough so that before I entered the room with my wife, I would hang back, stop in another room in the house and kind of manually slap myself around a bit for some blood flow to make it bigger.
Then, suddenly, and I don’t know why, but I found myself again on Thunders Place. I quickly started hanging again, starting at a BPEL of 5.5in.
I will upload a picture, but my setup and routine is simple. I wait until I have privacy, and then I wrap a first aid bandage around my penis (have to be about 1/3 erect). Then I take a small sock and fold it into itself 3 times, making a thick padding, and sliding it on my unit. I then take a shoelace that has been tied off to itself in a loop and do a once over “loop knot”. I then own the Bowflex SelectTech weights, and I remove a couple of the plates and secure them to the shoelace.
I started out at 2.5lbs, then worked to 5, and then another 5. I stay between 12-15 pounds, and sit down at my desk with it dangling between my legs. I do this at least like 3 times a week (every other day), for 20 min at a time.
Sometimes I stand up and kind of lean over my workstation, and sometimes I incorporate swinging and swaying back and forth.
Just a month ago, I bought a pump and have started pumping immediately after my hanging sessions. I do this to draw back the blood. I do this for another 20-30 min. It’s also kind of an understood routine between me and my wife during Covid that on a Friday night I will get hammered and/or high by myself in my man cave after she goes to bed. I have been using this time to squeeze in another hanging or pumping session here and there. I also tug on it when I can’t sleep, and do stretch pulling when I can during the day.
I tried jelqing after my hanging, but it makes me want to just beat off as I have zero self control.
Results:
Starting (for real) in Sept 2020: 5.5in BPEL
Now, June 2021: 6.5in BPEL
What keeps me going is measuring every other week. Sometimes after a hanging session I can top out at 6.75 BPEL, but then it goes away after two days.
I have gone a week without hanging and it seems that I have cemented 6.5in.
My wife hasn’t mentioned anything, but now I can hit her cervix on every thrust, and she loves it.
I also find her randomly “grabbing” it and looking at it more. The way it hangs and is just way more “meaty” is insane. I don’t have any cold weather or workout induced “turtling” like before.
Goal:
7in non-BPEL length. I want to just get an erection and hold up a ruler.. Not jam it into my pubic bone.
I am close, but the gains found these last 8-9 months have been life changing. I haven’t measured girth yet.. But I know it’s bigger.
One time in college, my wife yelled out during sex, “give me that fat cock!” And I loved it. She hasn’t said anything like that in a long time, but I think it’s coming soon.
