My Progress

This is my first post on Thunders, I’ve been reading and doing PE for like 14 months.
So for me everything started when I was told that I am small an been laught at what hurt my feelings a lot and led to premature ejaculation problems so I’ve decided to do something about that and started searching online and eventually stumbled on Thunders place.
This place is pure gold filled with a lot of information’s, routines and other stuff for guys like me and I believe majority on this site.
In the beginning of my journey I’ve started with basic newbie routines and built my own routine thru the time.
My starting stats I don’t know exactly but was somewhere about 12-13 cm bone pressed and girth around 12 cm. Was that small I don’t know but it is what it is or what it was. Thrue this 14 months had some red spots and things like that, had some troubles with EQ beacuse I felled in trap of rushing like probably most of us did.
So my current stats after a little more than a year are 18cm bone pressed and girth little over 14 cm. I never set my goal just wanted to be bigger and to be honest I don’t know what to think about my size at this point.
So my current routine is split in two, one in the morning an another at the night before bed or whenever I have time.
Morning:
20 minutes of jelqing
15 minutes manual stretching
5 minutes of JAIs but I increased time from two to five seconds hold, works better for me
Evening
15 minutes manual stretching
15 minutes O Bends
5 minutes of JAIs (same as morning)

I do this five times a week and two days only for 10-15 minutes JAIs.
So for now I am going to continue with this routine and see what next. Maybe I would like more girth at this point and was doing something like Horses for some time but without same gains and turned to stretching last week in the morning.
