Missed Friday and Saturday, but I was back in action today. Day 10 of PE down. Same amount of Jelqs (40-50), but I added about a minute of stretching. Routine is now 4:40 minutes stretching and 40-50 jelqs.

Day 11 down. I started on the 6th, so in a 16 day time span I’ve exercised 11 days, or about 69 percent of the time.

Unfortunately, I was too tired to do my 12 session last night, so I did it this morning. That’s 12 out of 18 days now.

I completed a session last night, which puts me at 15/22. I’m going to add in the BTC excercise next session, bringing my total stretching time to 5:15. I’ll probably try to up the jelqs to somewhere in the 75-100 range.

I’ll probably measure in a week. I don’t think I’ve gained, but who knows. I just want to make sure I’m not losing anything. I can’t afford that!

I figure if I shot for a 3:1 ratio, I’d at least hit a 2:1 ratio as suggested in the Newbie routine.
