My Turn - RandyPE

OK, this is going to be hard for me. Up to now I’ve not been consistent with very many “self care” or “self help” things in my life. But this will be different!

PE Experience: Dabbled for a few months last year, but nothing consistent (see!). I completely buy into the theory and the mechanics of the whole thing, so I’m already a believer. Just need to become a practicer.

Me: 41 year old, live in Arizona. Wife, 2 kids. Work as a physician, private practice. Grew up in Southern Texas, moved to AZ after med school. Fluent-ish in Spanish, have traveled all over Central and South America on health crusades. Spent 2 years in Spain between undergrad and med school. As I’ve gotten more comfortable in life I’ve taken care of myself less and less. Am now overweight (6 ft, weigh 216, down from 226 4 weeks ago). Part of this process will be to improve my overall health, lower my weight, and lengthen my dick.

Penis: Need to get out the ruler and tape and camera, document my starting points. From what I’ve seen around here, I’m “ok” with my girth, but some more in the length and the EQ department will be appreciated (stats coming soon, I hope).

Hobbies: Anything and everything outdoors. Love hiking, camping, hunting, exploring. Love music, performing and spectating. Was never a sports guy, although I enjoy watching my kids in their sports. You won’t catch me in front of the TV hardly ever, but much less watching football. If I had an hour to watch TV it’d be a superhero show, I suppose. Grew up with Marvel and they haven’t disappointed me yet. Am enjoying the CW’s resurgence of DC characters, too.

Goals: To be consistent with the above - overall health, weight, and PE. Am committed.

Needs: Encouragement, success stories. Appreciate those how have already reached out with support. Houstonwoods - you’ve already been a great help. Don’t have any type of IRL support group for PE, am doing this stealthy, so wife doesn’t know. May (will) complicate schedules and so forth, but I’ll make it work. Hopefully one day she’ll notice and will ask what I did.

That’s it. I’ve started. I’ve put myself out there. I’m committed.

You got this. Learn to love doing your PE and you won’t want to quit.

Also consider telling your wife (search for threads on this, there is gold buried in these) as not having to do stealth PE can be quite liberating and help with logistics.

Today so far:

Protein shake for breakfast (weight loss and overall health)

Newbie routine in shower before work: heat, helicopter shakes, stretches in all 4 directions, more heat. Shower was 30 minutes long, lol. Wife and kids out of town this week, but won’t be able to pull off half hour showers once they’re back. Need new plan for next week so don’t fall behind without plan.

For lunch having salad with turkey breast for protein, will also get some stretches in at my desk with the door locked.

I told the missus that I wasn’t getting morning wood like I used to which was true and partly the reason I looked into PE. This meant telling her about the rice sock and applying heat to help circulation. She knows I disappear up stairs and do exercises which is a big help and I actually say. Just doing my exercises.

Me I told her I was feeling bad about my size and she understood because she felt something similar in her life.

Eventually I received a DP-4000 digital pump for Christmas… life is good.

Coming clean with your life partner is essential for so many reasons. I pump in front of my wife. She helps me jelq and edge. She’s a special woman. She is one of my main motivations, although she doesn’t want me to grow, but she does love my improved erections!
