If you’re in to manual stretching then I’d recommend reading the threads below (if you haven’t already).
It seems like around 1 hour a day of stretching is lot, and you could probably make more progress with less effort.
I would have also expected you to have felt something a long time before that 1 hour mark.
In case it’s useful for you read about a different experience, here’s how it goes for me in a 10 minute session:
First, I warm up for 5 minutes with a rice sock. I then take an OK or overhand grip behind the glans and stretch straight out or down as far as it will go without having to exert much force. I hold for a minute or two. Then, I gradually apply force and watch my penis stretch maybe 0.3cm. I then hold it as this stretched point for another 7 minutes but I only use as much force necessary to hold it there. If I need to change position or grip in that 7 minutes I will stop, apply a rice sock, stretch out without much force for 30s, and then apply force as above and hold. In this way the penis feels "worked" after 5 minutes or so, and I sometimes reduce the force/stretch to maintain the level of comfort. In terms of the sensation, I find that at the right level of stretch it is very enjoyable. I apply a rice sock for at least 10 minutes once I have finished.
