Need Advice For Gains

Hi,

I have been doing PE pretty consistently for over a year and have seen little to no results. I’m doing a 2 on 1 off approach. I mostly doing slow jelqs in the shower about 50-100 a day with Shea butter. I recently bought an extender but don’t have much privacy to use it. I need girth and length. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I know I’ll be executed for saying this but here it goes:

Jelqing alone does not produce gains. It might produce higher EQ, but it just does not have enough tension/pressure to encourage new growth.

Stretching and pumping I can say 100% worked for me for length gains. Straight pulls, fulcrum stretches, and BTC pulls.

For girth I’ll be honest I haven’t had much luck. I’m just recently returning to PE from a long hiatus. I was having the most success when I was doing clamped squeezes after pumping. I did a modified dry two-handed jelq that I called a superjelq that also seemed to give good expansion as well.

Basically you need to graduate your routine. Doing sets of jelqs for a year expecting gains is like trying to become a powerlifter with 15lb dumbells.

I’m not the wisest person here and there are a ton more experienced that should be able to help you create an actually effective routine.

Start - 09/28/16: BPEL: 6.5" MEG: 4.66" (Pumping, Clamping, Cockrings & Stretches)

I appreciate the honest feedback. I might try doing jelqs with a silicone cock ring on in the shower to get some more engorgement. I would think all of this jelqing and tugging would at least give length gains. I did notice my glans seem fuller when I jelq.

Start with the newbie routine and gradually just up the amount over time. First of all you need heat and stretching along with jelqing. I’ve seen most of my length and girth gains with manuals only. Only recently switched to pumping and ads. Start with the newbie for at least three months and if you haven’t seen gains from that then you can come ask for other advice. Every time someone asks for gain advice you can be sure that they never did the newbie routine.

I would seriously recommend investing in a wheat bag to put in the microwave, IMHO shower is not enough direct heat.

I would have to disagree. I take hot showers and from my experience warm/hot water is great at loosening up muscles. So the same would definitely apply to the dick.

Tried the shower thing. It’s not enough concentrated heat to really make the ligaments nice and spongy. As an experiment, take a wash cloth and put it in hot water. Too hot for a shower. Above 45 degrees celsius/113 degrees Fahrenheit. And when its nice and hot, drain the excess water and wrap the cloth around your penis for a while. Do this 2 more times in quick succession and then feel how spongy it feels. It makes a big difference.

For a good “Warm up”…repeat and do it for 10 minutes.
I do not know exactly what degrees celsius or fahrenheit but, very hot…obviously without burning.
