Hello from Latvia. I am 32 years old.
Have been searching web a lot to find my formula for “cum holy grail”, now when it seems that I have found it, I am also interested in PE.

My wife is happy with the size, because she says it fits her perfectly, because she is a small woman in size, I am 30 cm taller than her.

Although I would like to be bigger, to reach maybe 17 cm when erect. Bigger bulge would be wonderful.

My penis size when fully erect is 15.6 cm. Don`t know the size of girth. Till this day, haven been any problems with erection, when she is blowing it, sometimes it is “rock hard”.

Read a lot about methods and read a lot about possible side effects of PE and traumas.
Have no experience in PE.

What would be your suggestions for a safe start ?

Newbie routine yes. If you do that you will get gains for sure. Your size is 15.6 cm None Bone Pressed (measured from your belly) or bone pressed? If you want to get to 17cm you want to measure bone pressed because otherwise your gains are maybe ‘false’ as in your gains come from cutting weigth for example.


Start: 15.1cm BPEL

Current: 16.9cm

Final goal: 7 inch

As I don`t have much time for training, or real personal space, I can use just my time while taking a shower.
At the moment I have decided (from beginners routine) to do stretching and jelqs, only for 5 minutes during shower. Kegels I can do during work.
What would be the best exercise to increase girth? Which I could during morning shower routine.

As it is almost two months into PE, today I had a chance to do measures.
And now I really start to believe, that it is possible. Previous measure of BPEL was 15.6cm, this morning it was 16.0cm. I have gained! And I can`t believe it!
Current measures is BPEL 16.0 cm and MSEG 12.0 CM.

My routine is really short, only on working days:
Shower stretching for 2 min.
Jelqing, 30 strokes
And kegels I can do at work.

At first I felt that my erections are really good, and that I can ejaculate at bigger power, but now I have also gained lenght!

Short update. I have added Uli squeeze to my routine, about a two weeks now.
After routine and ULI squeeze my dick stays full about 10 - 15 minutes. Not erected, about 40% erected, but really heavy and feels good.
After half an hour that fullness is subsided, but dick still feels “heavy”.
It seems that it is a good thing.

My routine now on weekdays in mornings shower:
Stretching about 2 minutes.
30 jelqs
UlI squeeze with a little kegeling.
Kegels at work, with app reminders.
