A little update. I hang for 20 mins with 2.5 lb and then add 1 lb for the next 15 to 20 mins. I also added fulcrum stretches along with wantsmores stretches after hanging. I do about 5 sets for 30 secs up, down, and both sides. I hope I am putting enough stress on my penis to help expand. I want to add pumping as well. I think I will build one, probably be cheaper. I had a bathmate but threw it away when I moved and I never really understood how to use it. I haven’t seen many results but I have been on and off all month due to travel. I hoping I can get more routine with it. I will add showering jelqing sessions when I travel, I think that will help.

Not posting any updates as far as length due to bad EQ. My BPFSL has increase by about 2 cm. I think I’m going to continue to use CM since its a easier measuring system. Has anyone ever had hip pain from hanging? I m not sure if its from that but just curious.

I think the next step for me is buying a pump and get an extender to use after I hang to keep in elongated state. I’m seeing what I believe are gains in my flaccid right now, at least the average hang, and i am also seeing gains in BPFSL. Hopefully this will become EL gains. I think a pump and extender will help with this. I’m cool with just flaccid length right now. My wife been noticing thinking i am hard when I’m not lol.

Do you have that much time after hanging?

An all-day stretcher would keep you extended and allow you mobility to do other things with your time.

I really don’t to be honest. I figure i would just wear the ADS for as long as I can before going to sleep. And was thinking of adding pumping in every other session type deal.

Been sick with COVID the last couple of days. Its funny I can tell when I have a fever since my balls and dick hang looser cause of my body heat. Even though I could workout like usual I still did my hanging sessions. I wonder if the extra heat helps with my gain or not lol. I see some gains as you can see in my signature. I plan to add some supplements to my daily life that might help with gains. Also I am looking forward to buys and ADS and a pump to add in as well. Though my gains may not be great and are mainly on my flaccid size. This with be on and off due to many schedule issues at the end of last year. To great gains this year. This community has given me more hope and information than another like it.

took a decondition break mainly due to the amount of traveling i been doing, but it was good to do it. My EQ is awesome. Well I got my Pump in yesterday and decided to give it a try did a 15 min incremental pump 5 min at 3 hg , 5 mins at 4 hg and a 5 min 5 to 6 hg. Felt different was painful but felt the pressure for sure. Going to keep this in my routine going forward.

Haven’t posted in the thread in a while. Been on and off with my PE. I think measuring throws me off a bit kind of like stepping on the scale everyday. Im just going in to try and hang 1 hour a day, and Ill measure in about 4 to 6 months. I know my dick average size. Hopefully ill see some results.

Going to do 20 min BTC, 20 min Straight Down, 20 min BTC. Wish me luck.

Been doing pretty good so far, I had to skip Wednesday didnt have enough time to hang. Knocking it out today though. Sticking with the routine but I am adding in a Fulcrum stretch every other day to hit the tunica up too. so today is 20 min BTC 20 min Fulcrum (with weight) and 20 min BTC. Gonna keep going. Ill check in from time to time. going away for Thanksgiving so that may effect my hanging a little bit but ill still try lol.

In all honesty you are progressing terribly compared to how fast I gained and I didn’t use any hanging bs or extenders.
I gained 4.8cm length and 2.3 cm girth in a year and stopped all PE to this day, haven’t lost a mm

It seems too me that you are a lazy type and that’s why you chose hanging and for the same reason you are not consistent.

Manual trumps all devices and hangers, as for why:
Well you are 100% in control of amount of pressure you apply and angles at which you hit that ligament, also there are reps and intuitively that should damage tissues more than a lazy hang basically one rep for a few dozen minutes.
Esoterically hands are full of lifeforce and it together with intent and very personal relationship (grow motherfucker grow as YOU torture him not some soulless device) should in theory make it grow faster and is definitely much more habit forming than some annoying device.

Change your routine as at this rate you’ll have 8 inches just before retirement.
If you are content with snail pace fine if not try this routine instead:

1. 15-30 minutes of 30 second long stretches in four directions: towards the floor, to the belly button, left and right

2. 15-30 minutes of jelqs right after that and your PE session is done

3. Whenever you pee(piss pulls) absolutely every time stretch your dick 30 times with speed for a second or two and release the stretch for same amount of time.

Piss pulls are to be done on rest days also(not that you really need those if there’s no discomfort don’t be lazy) and large 30-60 minute session is to be done every day except when it’s too battered down there.
Piss pulls can be done even more often, whenever you have privacy and your mind reminds you that you have a dick to grow.

Even without piss pulls I gained 1 cm in one month, took me another 5 months for another cm and then I added piss pulls, then I was gaining so fast in lenght department that I stopped all the stretching in 3 months and added clamping in order for girth to catch up.

Easy peasy done. Remember every day PE session and every piss you do pulls or don’t IDGAF I am here only for you guys as my PE is done.

Hey man thanks for the comment I wont disagree I been lazy with this. Not that my hanging is lazy more that I haven’t stuck to any routine for longer than a month. My progress seems slow mainly because of that. I appreciate the advice and may very well add this to my routine. Going to add the piss pulls for sure. Once I hit my time mark for this routine, depending on my results, I may very well switch to yours. Again thanks for the advice.
