New Mindset

I recently restarted my PE Journey. I have attempted this a couple time in the past. But I am more hopeful this time. I really think this community is the best PE community out there. Reading different post have def change my mindset. I don’t think my mindset is for everyone, but I my biggest change is looking at PE as part of my lifestyle instead of an exercise routine. I have my goal in mind of 7 to 8 inches, but even when I hit that I will continue to work on other PE techniques.

I will use this thread as progress as well. Starting off with newbie routine, I do plan to add a ADS to the routine as well. I’m going to use a homemade one. I’m hopeful in a couple years I will reach my goals. It’s s a marathon baby not a sprint. Let’s get it guys.

Newbie Routine is an excellent way for penile tissue conditioning, since it involves all volumetric changes, which can happen with clamping/pumping/hanging etc.
Furthermore, keeping a log of measurements on a, let’s say, weekly basis, is going to show you the exact impact of stretching and jelqing on your penile tissues prior to ADS usage or some more advanced methods.

Including PE in your lifestyle is a great mindset, as long as you don’t focus on gains. Doing PE for penile health and overall EQ increase can be done easily, without ADS, without weights, for only 15 to 30 minutes a day, five days per week.
Pro tip: I found a great way of lazy extending - OTL stretches in front of the TV, lying on my bed. Nothing too hard, just slightly above BPFSL. I tend to hold for a minute or so, trying not to convulsively kegel. 5 reps of this, per leg, 15-30 second rest intervals. After that, I do some hand clamping, kegeling fresh blood into the shaft and glans. 10-second holds, 5-10 reps. A great plump flaccid in the morning.

Took my first measurements after about a month of doing PE again. I’m currently at BPEL 5.75 in (15CM), NBPEL 5.5 in (14.5 CM), BPFSL 5.75 in, NBPFL 4 in, and EL Girth 4.5 in.

I made a big rookie mistake and didn’t take initial measurements. So I am going to go with these as my initial measurements.

Been using the newbie routine adding 50x jelq strokes a week. I’m currently doing Warm-up, 350 Jelqs, 3x 30 sec stretches in all directions, then I cool down with by massage the area, I also try and get a full erection to pump blood into the worked penis.

I also did PE after sex the other day, still did warm up and everything. I think it actually may help since I’m already pumped with blood.

I also noticed I am lasting longer during sex, haven’t done any real edging sessions yet ,but this is a nice side effect.

Plan to start adding a ADS and weight hanger at the end up the month and increase my frequency of doing PE from 2 days on and 1 off to 3 days on and 1 off.

Really enjoying the process more this time around, and I think it is refreshing that my wife supports me. She doesn’t have any issues with my current size, she just wants me to be happy with my body. I think the support from her makes a big difference.

So update, I wasn’t as consistent this month as the last. Had some training this month that took me away as well as some other events, but I did my best not to miss more than 2 days of exercises if possible. No big change this month to report in measurements. My BPFSL increased to 5 7/8” all other measurements remained the same. But I take this as a small win.

I am actually planning to build an hanger/ADS (the Captns Wench). I plan to add some hanging sessions as well as using the ADS after jelqing and hanging to try and cement and have my dick heal elongated. On to the next month.

Built a homemade hanger, the CAPT Wench to be exact. It took some adjusting to get it right but I’m doing 1 session a day 3x 20 mins. I would like to do two just not enough time in the day though. So I am thinking of getting a heavy glan ring to wear all day or a couple of hours a day to help stay in a stretch state. This definitely puts more stress on my penis. BTC seems to feel the most stretch but I mix it between SD and BTC.

Been hanging for a couple of days now close to a week. Took a little weekend break to develop a routine. I am adding heat to my hanging to hopefully increase elasticity and possibly gains. I’m doing 2x to 3x sets of 20 mins a day with 2.5 lbs. I want to get small increment weights to gradually add each set. Looking at progressive overload from lifting weights. Don’t think I’ll take two days off again back to back if I can help it.

Also looking at buying a heavy glam ring to wear around during the day to keep a constant stretch.

I noticed a lot of people hang twice a day. Thats basically impossible for me. I usually will only have time in the evening to hang. I’m hoping the all day glan ring helps substitute that morning hang. Definitely going fo that time under tension.

Had to take a little hiatus on hanging. I am back on track. I also added progression weight. I start with 2.5 lbs and add 1 pound after 20 mins of hanging. I also recieved my heavy glan ring which I am wearing as long through the day as I can. Not a heavy tug just gentle and keeps my in an enlongated state. Hoping to help my flaccid length. I want to start to stretch my balls some since the sit so high I think that effect my ability to hang a little bit.
