New Mindset
I recently restarted my PE Journey. I have attempted this a couple time in the past. But I am more hopeful this time. I really think this community is the best PE community out there. Reading different post have def change my mindset. I don’t think my mindset is for everyone, but I my biggest change is looking at PE as part of my lifestyle instead of an exercise routine. I have my goal in mind of 7 to 8 inches, but even when I hit that I will continue to work on other PE techniques.
I will use this thread as progress as well. Starting off with newbie routine, I do plan to add a ADS to the routine as well. I’m going to use a homemade one. I’m hopeful in a couple years I will reach my goals. It’s s a marathon baby not a sprint. Let’s get it guys.
