New progress report for Basil, re-start
Hi, I’m back again after a few years away. This time though I have to stick with it as a few things have changed. Firstly I’ll explain whats happened then my new routine. I’ve been doing PE on and off for about 15 years now. When I first started it was just that I wanted to be bigger flacid, not because I needed to do much erect size as I was about average BPEL anyway but I’ve since had an operation to correct a curvature which has changed my stats big time. I’ve lost an inch in length and strangely even some girth. I’ve finally managed to input my stats, basically I’m down to 5.5 BPEL and 5.25 girth now. My main problem though as stated was flacid length, originally at times it was just above 2 inches, now that seems to be my maximum and I’ve actually measured at just over an inch so you can imagine the embarrassment in showers etc (though I haven’t been naked in front of others like that for years now).
I’ve tried loads of things over the years, bought a few extenders, x4 labs, size genetics and a vac extender. I’ve also bought pumps, captains winch (I think its called that) and other things such as clamps. My biggest problem though is after every session I shrink down to under 2 inches (turtling which I’ve heard is bad) and I think that has affected my gains badly. Now I’ve fully healed I want to start again but I’m going to start slowly and just using one method at a time to find which works. Girth I’m fine with, 5.25 isn’t great but it isn’t terrible either (though I was a lot bigger than that before the op and at the end of my earlier PE work) but I do want to get my length back and definitely work on my flacid hang.
With the above in mind I’ve decided to hang weights only. I’ve started with 2.5lbs and 3x20 sets with 5 minute breaks in between. I’ve also got an infraphil heat lamp 150w sat about 1 foot away shining directly at me. Now I’m hanging BTC but using something I find more comfortable. I use the x4 labs extender piece, sort of a thick rubber band and under that rolled onto my penis something I made from liquid rubber. If you’ve seen the vac extender its like the piece that attaches to the glans. I roll that on, put the end of the extender over it and hang the 2.5lbs from that between the cheeks as I think my ligs need to stretch first. Next week I intend to go to 4 sets then come back down to 3 the following week but with 3lb instead then back to 4 sets then 3x3.5lbs and so on. This way I won’t be taking my sets up too high until the weights bottom out.
After the sets I use another liquid rubber tube that’s about 8 inches long. I put that on all the way to the base then add a rubber ball stretcher (sort of a very very soft cock ring) at the base to stop it rolling up. This keeps me fairly stretched to about 4.5/5 inches for 2 hours with no loss of colour or heat and I never go numb. I could probably wear it overnight but luckily my last improvement has sorted this out so I don’t need to risk it. I’ve finally managed to get liquid cialis over here again.
For those that aren’t from the UK its almost impossible to get it over here. Iron dragon do the sprays at $39 but I won’t pay $60 for delivery on principle. Powder is also close to impossible to get but I’ve finally managed to get some cialis in spray form. The tablet form just gives me headaches and doesn’t seem to work but a long time ago I had some liquid from kitsnmore which worked well. After speaking to Gprent and reading about his experience with it I decided to try what he did which is how I happened to get the spray. I took 3 sprays first day and am now taking 1 spray every day. So far no aches and my flacid never goes below 3 inches. There are other side effects to this, some good, some bad. I’ve started showing through my clothes every so often which isn’t good, I even get erect at inopportune moments which is really bad but I’ve always got some blood in it now keeping it quite extended which is great. I’m also a lot more horny so all in all it’s worth taking for me.
That’s my entire routine for now. I started last Wednesday when the cialis finally got here. I did want to start on a fresh week but couldn’t wait so I’m sticking to 3 sets till next Monday. This progress thing is more as an incentive for me to keep going this time as I’ve started PE over 10 times only to give up at the first wall I hit. If I go 3-4 weeks without any gains I always give up. Now I’ve lost so much length though I’m hoping I can keep going and eventually get back to my original length which was 6.5 inches and maybe gain some girth back. Sorry for the long first post, I just wanted to explain everything once.
PS I’ve never cemented gains and everything I gain is always gone within a few months. My own fault but when I give up I totally give up. Hopefully this time I will cement them as many informed posters on here suggest. I have taken pics but don’t have the guts to post them as yet, maybe when I gain a little back of what I used to have. So far (and it’s only been a few days) my biggest improvement seems to be flacid but that’s purely down to the cialis. Another benefit is the heat lamp, my ligs feel a bit more stretched than they used to when I hung weights alone even though I got to above 5lbs before. I intend to measure at the end of every month rather than weekly now as I get too upset when I don’t see changes.
