New Routine 5 Days On 2 Off
This is my New routine, I Will share It And show my lenght measurement, I can’t measure my girth, but It can be arround 5 inch something moreless.
A stretch 30 secs x3 ✓
Basic stretch 50 secs x3 ✓
Double rotation stretch 30 secs x3 ✓
Double stretch 30 secs x3 ✓
Gentle stretch 30 secs x3 ✓
Rotation stretch 30 secs x3 ✓
150 jelps
My lenght is: 14,5cm (5,6 inches)
My long term goal is 1,5 inches more in lenght And half a inch Minimum in girth. I Will post every 2 weeks.

Also I Will drink a lot of water and I’m doing excersise 5 days a week
