New to PE. Posting progress every 2 weeks. Stay tuned.
I am new to PE. Still a bit reluctant to believe this actually works, can’t understand why the whole world isn’t doing them. Anyways I am going to do it regardless, been stuck at home with nothing to do.
I do not know if any one will read these posts that I am going to make.
I am going to start with the newbie routine (a little bit adjusted) read a couple posts prior to this and I think I should do progressive overload. Starting gently and working my way up. Heard it works better.
* 5 min warm up
*5 mins of stretching - 30 seconds in every direction (left, right, up, down, forwards)
*5 mins of jelqing, 3 second jelqs, will increase this every 2 weeks till it gets to be a pain to do them. Probably will cap off at 150 jelqs.
*5 mins of warming down and kegels.
I will do the 2 days on and 1 day off routine.
I will usually do this in the shower, running hot water for 5 minutes then turning the water off and doing the routine.
My starting measurements-
BPEL- 6.125 inches EG-4.7-4.8
I will stay committed to this, I will not take breaks of time off unless I am supposed to.

I want to get a bigger unit just because I want to be confident in myself. Never had sex, I’m actually still quite young. May or may not be a teenager. Girls these days demand a lot man! Not everyone is well endowed. Hey but if this works ( Please work) that will be a pleasant surprise.
