SAI 30/30/30/30
jelq: 10 min
kegels: 200 held for 10sec each. (180 so far, have 20 more to go).

Felt good, but those SAI stretches bring so much bloodflow it’s impossible to jelq without getting a full erection. I have to orgasm beforehand in order to use them, which annoys me but I think the progress is worth it. Everything feels good. That black dot is much smaller now than it was, but it has been surprisingly stubborn. I thought it would be gone by now, but I guess it has been there for 10 years or so for a reason. Lots of firegoat rolls throughout the day.

My base girth is still 4 7/8” which is good to see - that’s what I thought my MSEG would be. I don’t think it’ll take long to get my midshaft measurements back up. I want 5” as soon as possible because that’s around what I had before I stopped for 5 months.

I’m adding jelqs to my firegoat roll routine. I’ve been very consistent about doing them and it’s helping me recover from my sessions for sure, but that little black dot is persistent. Hopefully adding these in will help my bloodflow and help remove it. I’m not going to start stretching for a while still.

Wow, I added in 30 jelqs after heating for 3 minutes before I started two 2-minute sessions of firegoat rolls and it made the biggest difference. My dick felt so different, a lot more squishy so the rolls could penetrate deeper. Definitely doing them like this from now on.

Did 30/30/30/30 SAI and I’m getting them down so that I can do them in about the 5 minutes it would take me to warm-up anyways, so it’s not any extra time. Added 5 minutes to my jelq for 15 total - definitely my best session so far. My dick feels really worked right now (in a good way). I think I’m starting to get the feel of the C-grip now and I’m doing my reps right, whereas the first few sessions I wasn’t really able to concentrate the force I wanted to use in the right way compared to how I had gained some mastery over the OK-grip. But I’m not going back to that grip, too dangerous. Sticking with C-grip.

Starting to look into some methods/products to drop my balls lower. Not sure what to get. If anyone has any good information on this, please post it up or message me.

I’m looking at this right now, but I’m definitely open to cheaper suggestions, like trying to make my own - if you have any links to instruction manuals for that, please post it up. Also, in my research I saw pictures of these guys with huge hangs and that definitely isn’t what I want. I just want my ball growth to be proportional to my dick growth so that everything looks congruent (and big, obviously).

I went ahead and ordered one of these

and I’m learning the manual ball stretches as well, but it was like 25 minutes or so added to my routine and I didn’t want to do that right now so I just bought this to get started. I’ll end up doing the stretches as well probably but I’m too busy right now.

Started doing some ball stretches and wow… immediately it had an effect. With my nuts hanging lower, my unit automatically looked bigger as it hung lower as well.

I’m excited to get in my chrome weight, I just hope I got the right size. I ordered small after doing some reading about people having difficulty keeping weights on.

The usual 30/45/45/30 SAI and 15 min jelq today also. Having to do firegoat rolls twice a day to keep discoloration away, but the way it feels is right to me so I don’t worry about minor discoloration. It’s very non-specific, too, if a vein is hurt or something, it’s obviously a problem, but this is like a general darker coloration that goes away pretty easily.

I got my weight in, it fits perfectly after some trying effort, wow. Feels incredible.

Pulling back on the SAI stretches for now. Going to limit it to 15 total instead of over 100 and see how that works. I always end up doing too many. And they’re really valuable but they can be overdone. So I’m setting a hard cap on how many I’m going to do.

Disappointing. It’s so hard to get on and then it comes off. Lame. I’m just gonna keep at these manual stretches for a while and see what happens. That weight is way hard to fit and then it still falls off so it’s like too big and too small.

Starting stats BPEL: 5 in. MSEG: 4 1/4 in

Current stats BPEL 5.4 in. MSEG 4 1/4 in.

Goal BPEL: 6 in. MSEG: 5 in.

Been laying off of PE because of life getting in the way, but I got a new ball weight and it’s a much better fit. I think it’ll help me a lot and bigger balls is something I think is almost as desirable as a bigger dick so I’m hoping for a lot of progress the next couple months. I plan on using this weight for a bit and then getting another one and making as much progress as I can in 2 months or so

The key was in how I put it on — I couldn’t screw it together, I had to force one ball in at a time and that worked much more easily.

Started back into some PE today.

Stretching like the newbie routine, 30 sec each stretch but going LD/SD/RD, L/SO/R 2x instead of going upward.

Jelq for 10 minutes, 40 JAI stretches felt good.

Having this ball weight on is so encouraging: every second throughout the day I am growing. It feels great. My stretches felt good, too, unlike a month ago when I tried to start up.

I measured most recently at BPEL: 6 1/8” which is about 3/8” longer than before. I attribute that to EQ and other factors, but it sure was nice to see. That was what encouraged me to start back with my routine. I’m keeping SAI stretches to only days when I’m just stretching for blood-flow, no jelquing with SAI stretches until I’m very well-conditioned.

I’m currently having EQ issues and it’s all to do with me going to hard because I’m coming up to a year and wanting good measurements but I’m on a 2/3 day break now will get back on my routine on Monday because I can lose 1cm in length due to penis tiredness and poor EQ

I took a long break from everything actually. Then I started up again and measured those stats, then I took a short break again now and I’m measuring 6.125” BPEL - my best measurement.

Now, after lots of trial and error I’m starting back with the newbie routine pretty much. 6 min manual static stretching (30 sec LD/SD/RD, L/SO/R 2x — no upward stretching), 10 min jelqs, and 40 JAI stretches. It feels good so far. I have it planned out on when to increase my stretching time and jelq time and I plan to move up very slowly. I feel like I can avoid injury completely now if I’m safe, so I want to focus on that: safety first.
