New to PE

Changed up a couple things. I’ve been feeling more of a stretching doing Straight Down than either left or right down, so I’m doing ALL straight down stretches now. I’m basically copying ‘GentlePsychopath’ at this point as far as my stretching goes. No longer counting reps, just total time under tension. Also, moved my jelqs up to 40minutes and I won’t increase from there.

SAI stretches - 30 reps
Static Stretch - 30 minutes all SD
JAI - 5 min continuous reps.
Jelq - 40 min

Everything felt good today.

Now (10/25/18): 6 3/16" x 4 9/16"

Goal: 9" x 6"

40 minutes of jelqs was too much, going back down to 30. I think the 30min stretching is fine.

I will admit that PE can be trying, and it can take some faith. I feel like I do my workouts as well as it is possible to do them; as in, if I did more I would be on the verge of injury. And when I feel that, and it feels good, I want to see results immediately. Obviously, that isn’t how any of this works. It’s not hard to do the workouts, I enjoy them, but it can be difficult to not measure and to make myself wait for a month or so before I try measuring… or if I do measure and it’s off, not to get discouraged when I feel like I had a great workout. That’s hard also, the normal variation of my size can be really aggravating. But, I just trust that I am doing the right things and good things are happening. I’ve had good results already, but when they don’t show up every single day it can be a drag.

Focused on patience right now, keeping my routine right where it is. I feel like I really hit the sweet spot for both stretching and jelquing right now. Every workout feels great.

I’m going back down to 25 minutes jelquing tomorrow.

For my static stretching, I literally just hold one rep for 30 minutes. I don’t like switching hands as it is much easier to hold with my left hand, so once I figured out I could hold reps for 10 minutes at a time, I tried to do 15 and then 30 with no problems. I feel that the stretch is way better actually.

I’m enjoying my routine a lot. The stretching is much easier now and once I find the right time for my jelqs I’ll be set for a while before I change anything. I think I ‘could’ stretch more, but I want to wait a bit because I’ve felt that way before and gone too long. I probably won’t increase my time for a couple months.

Ok, I’m pretty certain I mis-measured last time I did my girth and got 4 11/16” —- I think it was really 4 9/16”… I’m not sure how I got that far off, but I was looking at the string I used and there is no mark for 4 11/16” and my mark today, 4 12/16” was clearly separate. Airhead mistake.

Still happy with my gains in girth so far… but man, IDK what to say about my length so I’ll just say nothing and keep grinding until my monthly measurement and I’ll take whatever that is as the truth.

Just finished reading your entire thread.

Have you actually stopped to read your thread? You are doing the same thing over and over and over..

Your adding in to much at one time or jumping from one thing to the next. In the beginning of October I was like hey he finally gets it. He is sticking to the newbie routine oh wait there he goes and then your like dang doing to much going back..

It is obvious that you have read quite a bit on here and have a very good understanding. I am with you on the more is more and that is why I am writing you. So we don’t screw up!

You were making good gains and learning to measure on the newbie routine when you started up again. In all your reading the one thing that should have stuck with you is that when something is working stick with it until it no longer works and then add something else or take a break and start over. You keep adding to your routine when something is working therefore over working/conditioning your dick and end up with spots or a condition that causes you to stop all together.

Stick with what’s working until it no longer works and then add something else.

At one point I was thinking man this guy is talking a lot about spots.. He must be squeezing the hell out of his dick. Stop trying to force it to happen sooner than what it should. You are hurting your gains and your dick in the process.

Right, I hear what you’re saying. There are two separate attempts at PE in here, one back in the beginning of the year and one now starting right before September (and, officially, sept 27th after I took a break from that first mini re-attempt that didn’t last long). I’m trying to get it all down : ) thanks for your input.

Haven’t had any spots this time around, so, I think my pressure is better. I give that credit to switching to the c-grip vs. the ok-grip. My jelquing has been fine this time around besides one attempt at 40 minutes which was too much. I feel real comfortable at 25 minutes.
