Newbie expirenc , lack of knowledge can destroy while trying bulging
First of all I’m not English native speaker, I teach my self and I’m glad that it helps me to know what’s written in this community, excuse any mistakes in my post.
I’m 27 years old and I discovered PE exercises 5 days ago, because I was so excited for what I discovered I decided to start before I get enough knowledge about the PE and benefits from others experience and read their post or at least look for newbies routine that I didn’t know that exist.
Before I start PE exercises my morning wood is no longer as it was , before two months I use to have full erection when I wake up in the middle of my sleep or in the morning .
But now it happen only after I wake up with 15 minutes , only about 90% erection and it happened again around 3 days day , and I thing it’s because of my daily routine, now I live in a different way that I was before and her are my reason that I thing they bring me to this point.
1. Stop doing any physical effort, sitting on the work chair for 12 hours then go back home and Lie down until I sleep . But before two months I use to go Gym and working out eat well and take the supplement I need .
1. Second is doing a lot of masturbation in last two months until I feel my pines is exhausted and doing it again each day .
Despite this I decided to do the PE , in first and the last two days (before 3 day’s ago) I went to far and I know late .
I did in the first day 10 minutes PE , and 20 minutes in second day .
I’m thank-full that I didn’t have no injuries and my pines still work and getting full erection in masturbation, and same story about morning wood still only around 80 to 90 %.
Now I decided to stop masturbation as much as I can during one month , and during it I start going to gym and working out , and when this month finish I’ll start doing my PE with newbies routine and take it up from there with time . This place helps to to know what I really need to do and I’m going to start from today .
Please add if you have any advice for me .
Soon next month because of delivery time, I’m going to get pumping machine, I need to know if I can start pumping with PE in same time or do I should put the machine a side for some time that you will suggest for me , and if I can use both what would be the routine that I should start with .
And about my late erection is it considered as normal and I can start PE or I should take that one month off, because before I was doing better than that .
