Newbie routine stats
Hi Guys,
40 years old, started PE after noticing a bit of shrinking of my unit and reduced erection quality for a few years; Researching discovered this forum and realized that I could do something about it;
Bought a pump with the manometer, and after 2 days having sex with my wife sex realized a big impact in my performance and night boners.. Got really excited about it and built an AFB hanger;
My schedule and stats are posted attached, I am basically hanging for 10 min before doing 3 sessions on pumping, 3 times a week, as showed attached. In orange got pre-workout measurements; in white, post-workout; Also after pumping I do 30 min of clamping trying to keep the blood a bit more on the unit;
Any tip would be welcome, will keep posted about results after more 8 weeks;
