Over three months
Hello everybody. I’ve been trying to be consistent for a while and recently I think I did.
I’ve been on this routine:
5 min heating,
10 min stretching,
15 min jelqing,
5 min heating again.
2days on 1 off.
I want to ask you guys first if it’s normal that sometimes on jelqing the glans “eye” become very purple on an unusual way,
This recently started to happen. Also some veins now are much more visible but this I think it’s alright, right(?)
About the gains:
Beside a much better erection I’m definitely sure I’ve made at least 0.5cm on erect length, and my flaccid now is way more vivid than before.
I’ve been learning alot on this forum and it seems common knowledge to me that the primary gains on this journey usually happen on the first three months,
Doing the newbie routine. So I’m with this feeling that maybe I’m with the wrong approach, or doing some of the exercises wrong.
That being said, how do you guys think I can improve my routine?
Is there any standard to be followed after the newbie routine?
Length? Girth? I want both hahah
