PE Diary
This is my first post and I’ll get to the point. I need to get some length and started hanging this week. I’ve read a ton and worked up to 10lbs so that I can have fatigue. I am trying to do sets every 12 hours.
9/11
I did three 20 minute sets with 10lbs and one set for 10 minutes.
9/12
I am doing split sets 60 minutes with 7.5 lbs and 86 minutes with 5lbs
