This is my first post and I’ll get to the point. I need to get some length and started hanging this week. I’ve read a ton and worked up to 10lbs so that I can have fatigue. I am trying to do sets every 12 hours.

9/11
I did three 20 minute sets with 10lbs and one set for 10 minutes.

9/12
I am doing split sets 60 minutes with 7.5 lbs and 86 minutes with 5lbs

9/13

57 minutes with 7.5lbs
20 minutes with 5lbs

Maybe this isn’t related, but I stopped wearing briefs and noticed longer and thicker flaccid. Also, my penis isn’t as stretchy and it makes hanging much easier.

I am still feeling the fatigue under my testicles. Hopefully, I see some fast gains. My erections aren’t as firm, but I am single anyhow so it doesn’t matter that much. Oh well.

Day 6 and all is well. Looks like I will hit my 10 hour time for the week

90 minutes at 7.5lbs
20 minutes at 5lbs

I’m not sure what the pound per minute is but there it is.

Super positive PI today. My normal hang is longer and thicker than ever. Fantastic!! I am so excited.

I decided that I will start to do the LAS when sitting at home today. I want to gain as much as I can as fast as I can.

20 minutes with 5lbs

I did something a bit different before my hanging. I did two straight out bundled stretches, pull to the left and right, and one BTC stretch for 30 seconds before each hang. WOW, I can tell the difference. In the past I’ve felt my ligaments or something under my testicles, but today it was above my shaft.

I initially had a BPFSL of 7.25 and today 7.5!! About a week and 1/4 inch. WOW!

I took one day off of hanging and it spun out of control.

On the plus side, my hang is still fantastic and I will change up my routine. I will wait to continue to hang. Apparently the bundled stretches and regular stretches worked like magic.

I need more length so I will start manual stretches left, right, and BTC. The bundled stretches will be straight out.
