I truly believe that we do notice almost every little change in something we are immersed. I do believe I am very much in tune with every change in my dick due to the fact that I am hanging or at least trying to hang daily. Well I feel that my vain in my dick is getting longer, thicker and bigger. I notice it more and more as I go on. My girth is also increasing. I’m not the only one noticing it. My girlfriend tells me, “I hate to tell you this because I know your going to do it more, but your bigger. That hanging is working.” Was she correct that I’m going to do it more, yes she was.

Yesterday I had to do split sets. I was able to get 2 hours in the afternoon an hour in the evening and another hour at night before bed. Yesterday I felt like I was shorter than previously. I know some days we are longer and some days we are shorter so I’m ok with it. After reading to expect a .25 gain in a year, I only need 305 more days of hanging to get to that. Yeah I’m in it for a long time.

After hanging for 3 hours I decided to bump up the weight to 15lbs. I can feel the difference in weight on the very first set. As I sit here and watch the game, I’m feeling a great pull on my ligs. Feels very good.

Not sure how many hours I’ll get in today due to being pretty busy. I am going to try hitting different angles from now on. I will do 1 hour SO, 1 hour OTL for each leg and 1 hour bundle SO. I am hoping with my dedication and determination that I will be able to reach my goal within a year. We shall see, only 297 days left.

Today was an extremely busy day. I am not sure if I will be able to hang today. I will get an hour or two tonight, but not my usual 4 hours today. I was considering taking the day off, but I believe that I will be forced to take days off at some point due to my schedule, so that will be my off days. As for now I’m not taking the day off. I shall get some hanging in.

I was only able to do 1 hour yesterday. I tried to go longer, but the stresses on my dick were killing me. I was gonna drop weight, but instead I just went to sleep. I’ll try to get 4 hours in today.

This was a tough day hanging. I had to drop weight a few times or do sets of 10 minutes. Today is game day so I doubt I’ll get 4 hours in. If I get 1 hour I’ll be satisfied today.
