I wouldn’t say this applies to you, I just quoted it because of its emphasis on results. Results themselves are very important, because without them you don’t know if you’re going in the right direction or not. I agree that consistency is also important, assuming you know you’re routine is working.

How much fatigue are you feeling ? how soon into a days hang does it kick in ?

With 20lbs I was hitting fatigue at the second or third set. I was sticking it out and staying with the 20lbs for as long as I could, then I’d drop to 10 to 12lbs for the remainder of my sets.

Second or third set sounds pretty normal, did you feel it much sooner with 22lbs ?

Yes I’m feeling it near the end of the first set and more in the beginning of the second set. I was able to do 1 hour SO (broken up in 3 sets of 20 minutes). When I switched angles to OTL I was only able to do 2 sets before having to drop weight.

I decided to do 2 more hours as I sit here and watch the game. Might throw in another hour if I’m still sitting here.

Have you done any work with fulcrum hanging?

With all the hours you’re putting in, I’m confident you could benefit greatly from adding a few fulcrum sets.

I plan on implementing it myself, just too damn busy at the moment and have more than enough with getting in the mandatory 3-day minimum of sets per day.

I tried using a pot, but it was too large with my length and the size of the hanger. Might have to try something smaller.

Every now and then I do use a fulcrum, but I’m not to crazy about it. I should use it when I drop weight because at the weight I am at now, it causes way too much discomfort. I simply cut a piece of PVC pipe, wrapped it with a cloth and lay it on my legs as I sit and hang.
