PE log and journal

Decided to do the first part of my routine because for some reason while I was in the shower I felt that I needed to do some more PE. I started to get a feeling that I needed to do more PE so I came into my living room and did the first part of my routine which is basically stretching. I think I might fall asleep before I get a chance to do my second part.

Staying on track is difficult. I keep reading different threads about hanging and I keep wanting to go back to it, but while I was hanging I didn’t really have gains. I believe that maybe I wasn’t hanging properly. Either way, I am going to stay with my routine for at least 2 more months then, if nothing, go back to hanging.

I still am having problems sleeping. I seem to wake up every 3 hours and I have to force myself to go back to sleep. It’s really kinda aggravating. So since I’m up I decided to the first part of my routine which is mainly stretching. I have work in a couple of hours so once I’m done I will put my ADS on before I go to work.

I seem to think much more about the intricacies of PE while I’m sitting at work. Today I was thinking how I was so happy that the weather was starting to change so I can start wearing my ADS again since I’ll be wearing more pants and jeans again. Then I started to think about golf weights. I can’t believe I never thought to use them under shorts. I guess now I can wear the golf weights when the weather warms up again.

Did my routine today. 10 minutes of heat, 5 minutes stretching, 20 minutes jelq, 10 minutes heat. I would like to do the second part of my routine which is just stretching for 20 minutes after heating, but I am about to go out and have a few drinks with a friend and that usually leads to a strip club so we will see.

Forgot this, ok so I am planning on going to meet a friend for drinks and I am thinking if I want to put the golf weights on as a ADS, but I am kinda hesitant as I think I would be really embarrassed if one fell off while we were out, especially at a strip club. Maybe that would be a great way to start a conversation. Her-“Hey what the fuck is that?” Me-“Oh thats my golf weights, I keep them there to remind me I have a golf game tomorrow.” Her-“Are you FUCKING crazy?” Me-“Yes, but I also have a BIG DICK!”

I come from one of those obnoxiously rich American families. Plus I don’t go there and get dances. A good friend of mine runs the club so I just go there with some friends, drink for free, and talk to the girls I know. Once your face becomes familiar the girls will come talk to you in a heartbeat, then I’m in!

No PE today. Last night I did put the golf weights on as my ADS and started to go out. I wrapped everything and put my shorts on and out I went. I met up with my friend and she and I had drinks and bullshitted all night. We got into a heated conversation about how she believed I shouldn’t buy my son a laptop at 8 years old. I personally think that introducing him to technology at a young age is very beneficial for him and will give him an edge over other students in his grade. She didn’t want to hear my side of the argument and only wanted to focus on her beliefs. I eventually told her to quit being so closed minded and I had to leave because I couldn’t talk to such a closed minded, irrational, illogical person.
