PE log and journal

So I went through my progress report and realized that I seemed to have gained more when I split my routine up into two separate sessions. So tomorrow I will do 20 minutes of stretching, then at least 4 hours later I will do my jelqing routine. I have been doing aided A stretches before jelqing and I haven’t felt that great of a stretch. So I am going to try doing some other stretches. I want to focus mainly on the tunica, as I feel this is my limiting factor right now.

I’m so fucking close to getting to 8 and it’s driving me crazy. I know I haven’t been as dedicated as I was previously so I can’t say I’m not gaining as I was due to the fact that I am no putting in the time. I recently have resumed my routine with the consistency I previously exhibited.

I’m doing the first part of my routine which is heat for 10 minutes then stretch for 20 then heat for an additional 10 minutes. I believe heat is key, I think I read that somewhere. Anyway, I hope to be able to do the second part of my routine later but I am having people over for a BBQ and some football. So we will see.

Thanks man, I truly appreciate it. The main thing with PE is consistency. I suggest starting a progress report also. It helps you stay consistent with your PE. Believe me, eventually it gets difficult to do. Read as much as you can. There is so much information on here that I’m sure senior members are still learning. Best of luck to you.

I did the second part of my routine today while watching some college football. My girlfriend told me she wanted to fuck when I was finished with my routine. So she went to the bedroom when I told her I was getting near the end of my routine and once I finished I walked in there and the bitch was asleep. So I showered and decided to get online and report my progress.

What big is your fatpad? There is another guy on here that is a competitive bodybuilder yet has a 3/4” fatpad (even when he’s at 7% bodyfat). Are you the same way or do you have very little fat pad?

My fat pad varies due to my weight fluctuation. Right now I am holding around 220 lbs with my six pack still very visible. My Bpel and NBPEL is about a 1/2” difference right now so I am guessing thats my fat pad right now, but I don’t really believe it’s that large as I do not hold weight there. Hope this was helpful. What about in the off-season? What is your fat pad like? Or don’t you let your bodyfat get out of hand? I’m just curious since some guys say they have very little fat pad (like 1/4”) and then there are guys like you (bodybuilders who are lean) have 1/2”+ of fatpad.

I was out of bodybuilding for a couple of years and I was weighing in around 250. I was not doing PE during that time as I didn’t know about it. I started PE’ing in January and thats about the same time I decided to do another competition. So I started dropping weight and when I got down, I still didn’t see much of a change in my fatpad. I just don’t seem to carry weight there, luckily.

I am only able to do the stretching part of my routine today. I am waiting on this girl to come over and so I am just doing the stretching part. My girlfriend was at my house all day, then I went to the gym and came home to fall asleep on the sofa. My sleeping schedule is all fucked up. I am only sleeping about 3 hours a night, but I keep dreaming about sex with different women and waking up after I cum. The worst part is I can’t go back to sleep after. I take ambien also and it does nothing for me. Anyway, I’m off to stretch before this girl gets here.

Ok, I have to write about this one. A girl came over last night around 1:30 a.m. I cooked and we then proceeded to the bedroom. We got in the bedroom and started taking each others clothes off.
