Your asking if I think juice would aid in PE? I am not familiar with specific organism growth stimulation as associated with an endogenous androgen, but for an anabolic my answer is no. Anabolic steroids aid in skeletal muscle growth and the penis is smooth muscle.

Was only able to do the first part of my routine today which is the aided A stretch for 20 minutes. Rice sock used for heat 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after stretching. Tonight my girlfriend and I are going to a white linen party down town so I don’t think I will be able to do the remainder of my routine, but we will see.

I did the first part of my routine today which was 10 minutes of heat, 20 minutes of aided A stretch, 10 minutes of different angle stretches followed by 10 minutes of heat. While I was doing the different angle stretching I was feeling a great stretch in areas I haven’t worked in a while. I will continue to incorporate this into my morning routine.

25th session: I’ve started off with 15lbs again and I am feeling a very strong pull on my ligs. I want to do all 8 sets but I may have to go to bed before I complete all sets. I have to wake up early tomorrow. I am hating the fact that I am getting ready for a show while doing my PE. I have to piss every few minutes and it drives me crazy because I have to take the hanger off and go piss, then come back and reattach it so I can finish a set.

Ok, I have talk about this. So I am getting ready for a bodybuilding show and there is this guy who is not even in my weight class and he is talking shit about me. So I did the only honorable thing I could think of, I fucked with his head. I saw him in the gym and walked up to him, he is competing also, and asked him when was he going to start cutting? (The show is two weeks away) Then I told him he looked like he needed to bulk up and I suggested some fatty foods like taco bell. I told him I wasn’t going to compete and I just want to help him win. When I went back to the gym at night someone told me he was all fucked up in the head from the shit I told him. This shit is so easy.

Why is it that the bodybuilding world has to be like this? Another reason I stopped bodybuilding and switched to powerlifting :D

He just wanted to start talking shit. I was offering my help to everyone and he just decided to be a dick. If he can’t take it, he never should have dished it out.

After doing some reading I am thinking of doing some DLD blasters while hanging. I won’t be able to hang till thursday, but I will incorporate these when I do hang. I will definitely keep everyone posted.

Didn’t get a chance to wear my ADS. I am bothered with the amount of pissing I’m doing due to this competition so I am not going to wear my ADS till I am done with this show.

So after doing some research it turns out I have been recording my time of hanging incorrect. I have been doing 8 sets, but my actual time of being strapped in is only 2 hours and 40 minutes. After doing some reading and talking with a few members I am going to increase my hanging time and decrease my break time. I would like to hang for 4 hours of total strapped in time a day so I will change my routine accordingly starting tomorrow and I will also incorporate DLD blasters while hanging starting tomorrow.

I will decrease my break time significantly in order to maximize my hanging time. I also plan on incorporating DLD blasters while hanging.
