Did my morning routine of aided A stretches for 20 minutes, 10 minutes of heat before and after stretching. Since I’ve been so focused on this competition I have been working my ass off to lose the weight I need and I am almost there. I am 9 lbs away from my weight and 20 days out.

22nd session: I am hanging 15 lbs for the first 3 sets to feel that fatigue. It’s feeling very good and the morning stretch was good also. I plan on doing all 8 sets tonight, but I will reduce the weight for the following sets.

I wasn’t able to complete all 8 sets. I was able to do 7. The hanger was starting to irritate my dick, so I had to stop and I have to go to bed. I have to go running tomorrow morning.

I’m feeling kind of exhausted. I think I am experiencing NI’s, my dick is feeling a little more sensitive so I don’t plan on PE’ing today. I will continue once my sensitivity subsides.

Did the first part of my routine which was a aided A stretch for 20 minutes and a SO stretch for 5 minutes. I guess the reason my dick was feeling so sensitive was due to the lack of sleep I’m getting. With my weight training routine I am not sleeping to much. Once I took a nap, my PI’s came back, my sensitivity was gone and I was able to PE again. Tonight I will PE again. I will do my hanging routine. I am thinking of going to a strip club tonight, but I usually end up being mischievous so I am thinking of staying home. I’ll see what happens as the night goes on.

23rd session: Finally able to hang so much better. I think I finally got the wrap just right. For the first time I am not in the slightest bit of pain. I am so FUCKING happy about this. I am hanging 15 lbs for the first few sets until the fatigue sets in, then I will reduce the weight. I am about 7 lbs from my competition weight with 19 days left to go. I am hoping to win my weight class and the overall. The guy who is putting the show on keeps telling me he believes I am going to win it all. While I was running today my foot started to hurt me so I didn’t finish. I was only able to run for an hour, then I went and bought some new running shoes and tomorrow I am going to continue on with my routine and I’m cutting my carbs again. Thats going to suck.

Thanks Lord Harris, for competitions I push the fuck out of myself. I put more stress on my body during this time than the rest of the year. I have been running for 2 hours and I hope to resume that tomorrow.

You ever do any rotator cuff work? I’m starting back and am finding my shoulder getting niggles now, although not sure wether it’s RC related.


Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.

I don’t do anything specific for my rotator cuff as I have never had any problems there, thank god.

Doing my first part of my routine today which is the aided A stretch. So last night I did decide to go to the strip club and sure enough I ran into this internet porn girl I used to fuck. Well she started flirting with me and I decided to shoot her down. I think it’s kinda sick and twisted, but it’s so nice to shut a girl down when they are flirting with you. Plus I am trying to be good since my girlfriend is back in town.

On another note, I think I am bigger. I noticed last night that I was feeling fuller and thicker and when I was erect I appeared longer to myself. I am waiting to measure till the 15th of next month, but I do believe I have grown.

24th session: I am hanging 15 lbs for the first few sets till fatigue sets in, then I will reduce the weight accordingly. I think I really did finally get the wrap perfected, THANK GOD. I am able to now hang more comfortably with increased weight, but I am weight for next week so I can increase to 17 1/2 lbs for the first few sets until fatigue sets in. I’ve read a lot on bibs website about weight and many believe that deformation doesn’t happen until after 15 lbs so I am hoping to be able to finally hang above 15 lbs without discomfort.

Hey JB, great log, and great gains. I lift a little also. I’m sort of curious if you think there is any link between endogenous androgen use and PE success. Had some success myself recently, sort of coincident with my first tren cycle. I’ve heard of some dudes using DHT cream with their PE exercise, so it sort of makes sense. “Don’t try this at home” & etc.
