15th session: I increased weight today to 12 1/2lbs for BTC I read on a members post how bib believed you didn’t gain till you were hanging at least 15lbs. So I decided to increase to 15lbs for the third set. I noticed very quickly the different feeling in my shaft. I can feel the inner part being pulled out more. I’m noticing I am reaching fatigue much quicker with the 15lbs. I was only able to hang 15lbs for 1 set. I am not trying to get the gains as fast as possible, as I’ve learned that PE is all about consistency so I have been staying with PE for 7 months so far. I am hoping to do all 8 sets today, but last time I did SO hanging I was unable to do the 8th set. I will see and post the results.

So after doing some reading there is a member on here who states that 22 hours of hanging equals to 1/8 inch in gains. I started to calculate my hanging time and even though it takes me about 4 hours to complete my routine, I realized I really only hang for about 2 hours and 40 minutes per session. That is the actual time I am strapped in. So I am wondering if I need to increase my actual time of being strapped in order to facilitate better gains. I have also been using my traction device for a couple of an hours a day and wearing my ADS while at work for at least 7 hours, usually more. Well anyway, after my sets today I felt bigger. I am supposed to measure on the 15th, so I am holding out although I really want to measure now. Well visually I am bigger and heavier than before. I am enjoying hanging and think I am getting to a point where I can tell if I am getting a good internal stretch. Today I was able to do all sets. The last two sets I decided to stand and let the weight hang and I felt the stretch a lot. Today I felt really good about my size and gains. I kinda want to go out, meet a girl and fuck her just because, but I doubt I will since I am dieting. I haven’t had a drink since I’ve started this bodybuilding diet. I am down to 203 lbs. I was around 247 when I started. The show is at the end of august so I have time to get to where I need to be.

16th session: Today I was a little disappointed with my hanging session. For my first set my wrap wasn’t right and it caused the skin under the head to engorge. This caused me to end my session a few sets short of completing my routine. I am going to take a break for a few hours and then I am going to see if I can finish my routine. During this routine I stood up and I felt a great stretch, but then I leaned forward and rested on the back of a chair. This caused me to feel more of a stretch in my ligs than any other way. It felt like the ligs were being pulled from my back. I used 17 1/2lbs and I feel this was causing me to reach fatigue quicker. If I am able to resume my routine today I will continue to lean on the chair while standing in order to receive the best stretch I’ve felt so far.

I wasn’t able to finish hanging yesterday. I had to go to bed due to work the following day. Today at work I am not wearing my ADS or doing any type of PE. I am going on vacation tomorrow for a few days and will not be able to PE. I guess this will be my rest days. The swelling under my head did go down, but the redness on the head is there, but it’s subsiding slowly.

I’m on vacation right now. I just arrived to my destination so I won’t be PE’ing for a few days. I did measure this morning before I got on the plane and I felt like I wasn’t able to get a full erection due to the fact I was rushing my ass off to catch the plane. I was in between .6 and .75 I hope that when I get home I will hit that .75 mark.

Ok, today I am sitting in an airport awaiting my flight to go back home. Thank fucking god. Vacation was great don’t get me wrong, but being with so many members of my family for so long is tiresome. I am looking forward to getting back to PE. I have been off for a few days and I am now ready to get back into my routine and stimulate more growth.

So I finally got home and I decided to measure. I did hit that .75 mark I can’t believe that I am finally there so I chose to celebrate with a celebratory masturbation and it was a great one. Well today I am supposed to get back into my routine and I am sure I will hang later tonight. Oh my real girlfriend is back. She just moved back so I need to go see her soon. She lives an hour away and is extremely busy so I might not see her tonight. Either way I am going to get my PE’ing in tonight.

17th session: Well I am getting back to the hang of it, yet that was cheesy. I plan on putting in 4 hours today, but right now I am on the first set after taking a break for a few days and I am not sure I will be able to do it. We will see. I am starting out with 10 lbs at first and I am feeling it. I am doing BTC and plan on doing so SO. Last session I had some discoloration at the tip of my head which went away after a few days of rest. I hope that I am able to wrap correctly this time and not have the discoloration.

Wow man your progress is skyrocketing. I really have to get on my commitment and move to hanging. I’ve been resisting it, but if those are the results then oh well. You started off hanging pretty heavy it seems. A lot of threads I have seen have guys doing lower weight for the same amount of time as you. Have you seen a decrease in girth? Awesome work man, you def. have a lead.

No, I haven’t seen a decrease in girth. Actually I feel like my girth has increased but I haven’t measure it since I am not doing any girth work. I started hanging with 5 lbs and followed what BIB says and I increased by 2 1/2 lbs a week. Then when I got to 17 1/2 I had some problems. I guess I wasn’t ready for it and I could feel it. Plus with my diet for this show I am getting ready for I am busting my ass in order to stay in a consistent routine both weight training and PE.

18th session: I started hanging at 12 1/2lbs today for the first set and plan on using it for the second set also. I feel fatigue setting in quickly. I think I was able to wrap better this time as I am constantly learning how to wrap better. Yesterday I was able to complete my hanging session with all 8 sets and the most I weight I used was 15 lbs I think, but it was only for one set. I am on the first set of the day right now and I am feeling fatigue quickly. I am planning on continuing with 12 1/2lbs for the second set and I will probably reduce to 10 lbs for the remaining sets. Yesterday at the gym I started running and so I continued that today. This is the stage where I usually loose about 15 lbs before the show.

Today was a tough day to finish my PE routine because I had several interruptions. I finally got my hanging done and I am going to wear my traction device until I got to sleep, which should be soon since I have work tomorrow. I will wear my ADS while at work. Last time I wore it I was only able to wear it for 7-9 hours before it started to bother me. I hope I can wear it longer tomorrow. Either way, I think it’s good to take it off and allow my dick to rest for about an hour or two before I resume wearing it.

Today I am at work and I am wearing my ADS today. I am planning on wearing it for the entire day or until it starts to aggravate me. Tomorrow I am supposed to go to see my girlfriend whom I haven’t seen in months. She has been living away and just moved back. So tomorrow I plan on hanging as soon as I get home, then I will go to the gym then off to see her.
