Ok, I did my routine again today. Although I did my routine, I had to do it back to back again. I didn’t get the pump I wanted from the jelqing, but the stretch was pretty good. I wish I knew why the pump wasn’t as good as before I took a break.

Again the pump from the jelqing is not giving me the best full plump feeling like before. I think it might be time to start doing some other exercises. I’m not sure what else I am going to do. I want to focus on the tunica, as I feel this is my limiting factor. When I get my privacy again I think I am going to start hanging during the day and then jelq at night. So it seems I am going to split my routine again creating a third part. I am going to continue with my regular routine for the time being, but I believe soon I will change. I think I am ready for a change. I’m wondering if incorporating O bends into my morning stretching routine would be beneficial?

I had a great pump last night. at the end of my jelqing session I ballooned for 5 or 10 minutes. O bends are beneficial, to me at least, I love them. My dick looks and feels stronger, thicker, and longer. Just be warned you might gain some girth, and since you already have enough (hate you) you might not want to do them, since their intent is for girth growth.

I’m at work today and I don’t think I am going to PE today. I am struggling with my sleeping schedule and my diet is driving me crazy today. I want to wear my ADS, but I don’t know how long I will be able to. I’m falling asleep right now and it sucks. Today is not a good day for PE for me.

I can’t make up my mind about anything it seems. I decided to wear my ADS for about 4 hours and then I decided to do seated fowfers. I haven’t done these in a while. I think I am going to try these for a few weeks.

I did the first part of my routine today. The stretch was actually a lot better than previously. I tried a little something different with the aided A stretches. I grabbed one end of the device I use for my aided stretches and I decided to push it against my body at my exit point creating a stronger stretch feeling. I am going to continue my routine later tonight. I am suppose to go to the gym, then out of town for a few days. I plan on PE’ing while I’m out of town this time. Also my diet is becoming more strict and I am starting to get lean. I am about 2 months from my show and I have to get down 20lbs, so this is getting to be the bitch part of my diet. I’m still going to keep up with me PE though.

My friend is leaving tomorrow so I will be able to resume PE. I was able to do the first part of my routine this morning and now I can’t do the second part, but I do think my sleep schedule is finally going to be better.

My friend left today, but there is this girl coming to town. I think we are going to see each other tonight so I am going to get my routine in today. I am actually about to do the first part of my routine. I was thinking of splitting my routine into a 3 part routine so I could include hanging. I think that hanging will end up being the main portion of my routine once I start hanging.

I did the first part of my routine today and it was a great stretch. I hit a variety of angles when stretching today with the aided A stretch. I did a few minutes to each side with the help of the device I use. I think this was one of the best stretches I’ve gotten in a while. I think I am going to continue to stretch like this as I do feel a great stretch from it.

So I decided to hang today. This is the first time I’ve ever hung and I am enjoying it. I’m actually hanging as I type this. I really like this exercise because it gives me the freedom to multitask. I think I am going to keep this up for at least 2 months before I measure. I hope this facilitates more gains. I am wanting to work on my girth, but I am not going to work on girth till I hit my length goal.

What type of hanging device are you using man? The Maxpro ADS modified a bit?

Got to drunk last night to get off the sofa today. I brought this girl to a strip club last night and we ended hooking up with one of the dancers. They finally left around 7 this morning and I’m recovering from the alcohol. If I can do some PE later I will, but I doubt it right now.

You should of done some hanging WHILE they were there. That would of been fun. Oh well. Today is another day, whether you rest or do PE.

Ok, I am making myself PE. I didn’t do the first part of my routine today, but I am hanging while I sit here and watch the college world series. Tomorrow I will do my entire routine hopefully. I think I am going to have a house guest for a two days starting tomorrow. I’m sure I can find a way to do it. I did hang yesterday and I wore my ADS for several hours. I felt I was getting a good stretch, but as I’ve read the hardest part is the wrapping to ensure proper blood circulation. I read that perfecting the wrap is going to take a while so I am really not in a rush.
