I did my hanging today and was going to do the rest of my routine later, but one of my friends is coming over and I don’t think I am going to be able to PE while he is here. While I was hanging in between sets I would use a rice sock to keep my dick warm and also, I believe, it helps with circulation. I heated before I started to hang, in between sets and after. I’m still working on finding the right wrapping and placement on so my hanger doesn’t cause numbness and coldness in the head.

Doing my routine today. I did my morning stretches, now I am going to hang after I heat. I am feeling I am hanging fuller and heavier than before. I didn’t have a chance to wear my ADS today. I should be able to wear it tomorrow after my morning routine. Right now I am hanging 5lbs. I haven’t jelqed in a while, but I want to resume jelqing.

I added an additional set of hanging today. So this is the first time I’ve done 4 sets for 20 minutes each with the rest period in between. I went to a swingers club last night and had a blast. The girl I was with met these three locals and we had drinks and a good time together. Later, the girl I was with decided to start acting like a bitch so I told her how she was acting and when we got back to my house, she left. I was so happy. I’m not trying to sound like a dick or anything, but I don’t like spending the night with anyone. I’m usually happiest when they leave and this was perfect, I did feel bad for about a minute, but I also realized how I was feeling justified in my actions therefore there was no reason for me to feel bad. That bad feeling passed quickly.

I’m hanging again today. I did the first part of my routine and now I’m doing the second part. I am really enjoying hanging more than any other exercise. I love having the freedom of my hands while I’m exercising. I am going to try to add another set today, but I am feeling a bit sore so I am not sure if I will be able to.

I’m going to be at work for two days so I don’t think I can PE. I can wear my ADS, but thats about all I will be able to do. I am getting back on my schedule and I will be able to do my routine as usual. Since I’ve incorporated I haven’t jeqled and I am wondering if I should jelq also or would all of that be to much. Stretching in the morning, jelqing in the afternoon, hanging in the evening. Plus I still have to find time to have a life, go to the gym, play with my son and date. I think that might be just a little much. After careful consideration I am going to give the jelqing a rest for a while and continue with the rest of my routine.

I’ve been wearing my ADS for 4 hours so far. I am about to go to the gym, then when I’m done I plan on coming back to work and fowfering for a couple of hours. Tomorrow is going to be a bitch of a day. My dieting and workout routine is going to become more strenuous. I’m down to 210 and I only have 25lbs left to lose by the end of august. I’m sure I will post here again later tonight after my workout.

Ok, so I have been fowfering for about 2 hours so far. I got finished at the gym and came back and cooked dinner. I’m eating the same stuff now, but I’m enjoying it. I love that can’t believe it’s not butter shit. Soon I have to take that out of my diet, thats really going to suck. Anyway when I get home tomorrow I am going to run in the morning and then I’m going to bring my son to baseball camp. Once I return I’m going to do the first part of my routine. I think I am being very aggressive in my latest PE and I am hoping this will yield me the results.

I did the first part of my routine today. I stretched for 20 minutes after heating for 10 minutes. I want to heal in the extended state so I decided to do fowfer for an hour. I’m not sure if this is healing in the extended state, but if it’s something that only warrants flaccid length gains, then there has to be something to using it during healing time. This is my first time doing this. I’ll see how it goes. I already went to the gym for the first time and did my cardio routine. I have to go later and do the weight training part of my routine. I have less than two months before I compete and I will not come in second place.

I did the second part of my routine which consists of hanging. I lost track of the sets. I think I did 6, but I’m not sure. I did notice that I was feeling a really good burn near the final sets. I did it for about 3 hours so I am almost to my 4 hour maximum, then I will increase the weight.

I think I’m going out of my fucking mind. I can’t sleep. I had a date tonight and it went well. We ended up in my hot tub and had a good time. After she left I watched tv and now I can’t go to sleep. I am getting ready for my body building show and I had to start taking some supplements which cause insomnia in me. Plus I am already suffering from sleep apnea. This shit sucks. Also I feel like I’ve grown in length. That is really all I’m working on so I’m happy with that, but it seems that my girth had decreased. I know I should measure, but I am waiting to measure on the 15th on next month. For now I am going to continue to believe that I’ve grown because it does look and feel like I’m longer. Maybe I really am going out of my fucking mind.

I did the first part of my routine when I awoke around 5ish. I then decided to go to the gym and now I am hanging. I went to the store and bought thera-band yesterday and so this is the first time I’m using it. So far all is well. I don’t know how many days I’ve been hanging, I just have to go back and look I think it’s the 6th day of hanging. I am really feeling the stretch from hanging. I feel sore for a while after hanging. I still haven’t jelqed in a while and I don’t really plan on doing it for a while. I wanted to give it a rest as I was jelqing quite a bit. So far I’m glad with my decision to start hanging.

I’m at work today and I am not going to be able to do any PE. I may put my ADS on, but I have no intentions of doing anything right now. Last night after I did all my hanging I decided to try clamping. I know this is an advanced girth exercise and I just wanted to see how it felt. WOW, I couldn’t believe how thick my dick got. When I start girth work I will probably start with something less risky and build my way up to clamping. As I said, I just wanted to see how it felt.

Today I decided to do my routine but I am going to start with hanging and finish later on tonight with the manual stretching part of my routine. I’ve read a lot and it seems to say you need to change it up every now and then in order to keep your dick guess. Also there are some who say you need to stay with one routine as long as it continues to yield gains. I personally think that by switching up when I do the different parts of my routine it allows me to keep gaining. At least I’m hoping it continues to produce gains. The wrap seems the be the hardest thing. I guess once I finally get the wrapping perfected, the rest of hanging is going to be easy. I am going to be doing my 8th set today. So from here on out I will be increasing weight for the first two sets in order to reach fatigue within those sets. Then I will decrease weight for the rest of the sets assuming fatigue has set in during the first two sets.
