I was only able to do 6 sets today. For the 4th set I decided to go a little heavier than the first three. I used 10lbs for the 4th set and I was able to reach fatigue very quickly. I am next time I hang I am going to start off with 10lbs and hopefully reach fatigue in the first two sets then I will reduce the weight. I have to work tomorrow so I will not be able to PE, but I will be able to wear my ADS tomorrow. I had a problem with my ADS, it was slipping so I tied the elastic part and made a little knot so it wouldn’t slip anymore.

Also, you mentioned your a competative bodybuilder, how many grams of protein do you take in per day?

My protein intake is close to 500 grams a day. It’s a bitch to consume that much on a daily basis, but to me it’s worth it.

Yeah, the guests and strippers are fun. I do have a good time with all of them. I guess I’m just lucky.

13th session: Today I plan on doing a split set hanging session. I did 4 sets this morning and I plan on doing 4 more sets tonight. I started with 10lbs and was able to reach fatigue by the end of the second set. I found that by shifting my hips when doing BTC hanging I was able to feel more of a stretch on my ligs. I used the 10lbs for all 4 sets and I was able to feel the fatigue half way at the last two sets. I am wearing my traction device today for as long as I can. I am supposed to go to the gym in a little bit, then I am sure I will be able to wear my traction device after that. I am still trying to figure out how to do the SO hanging with a fulcrum so that I get the best possible stretch. I’m trying to position the fulcrum in a way so that I feel the weight, but it’s perplexing to me.

Shunga and me spoke about fulcrums. I had thought the fulcrum would have more effect if the curve is pretty drastic, but not TOO drastic.

Shunga mentioned that there are 1” diameter paint rollers. One could use that as a fulcrum, stick
Some heating material in the middle for a heated fulcrum.

The fulcrum I imagined was from 1/2” to 1” diameter, not more.

HOLY SHIT, WOW what a fucking stretch. I used a fulcrum and had to reduce the weight since the stretch was so great. I was only able to last 10 minutes with the fulcrum at 5lbs. I removed the fulcrum and resumed stretching doing the BTC with the 5lbs. I felt the fatigue within the first 10 minutes so I had to remove the fulcrum. I can’t get over how intense the stretch was with the fulcrum. I think I found the stretch I’ve been looking for. The best part is I was only using 5lbs, before when I was doing BTC I worked up to 10lbs and I still didn’t feel the fatigue nearly as quick. My only concern is the pressure on the head. I’ve noticed with the fulcrum, the pressure on the head is greater. I guess that has to do with the placement of the hanger, so I will experiment with it. Oh this is the second part of my split hanging routine.

Yesterday I had to work so I was only able to wear my ADS. I did wear it for 7 hours then it started to bother me so I had to remove it. I didn’t put it back on for the rest of the day.

14th session: I am going to hang SO with the fulcrum. Last time I used this I was only able to use 5 lbs and it gave me an unbelievable stretch. I am planning on doing a split routine again. I have something to do so I will do as much as I possibly can before I have to go.

I was had something going on all day yesterday and was unable to do any PE. For some reason I was extremely horny today so I masturbated several times and I will PE later tonight.

14th session: Ok, I am hanging tonight. I was planning on going out, but I think it’s better for me to stay in since I’m getting ready for this show. I don’t really need to go out and have a drink. I cheated yesterday and had a tea. Anyway, after my last hanging session I noticed a discoloration on my head. The tiny red dots appeared on my head, but eventually went away. I don’t plan on doing a split routine today, but I am going to try to do my entire routine today. I am still not sure if I am hanging SO properly. I feel like I am doing a aided A stretch while hanging.

Today I am at work and I have been wearing my ADS for 9 hours so far and I plan on wearing it until it starts to irritate me. Yesterday when I was hanging I was only able to do 7 sets and the 7th set was only 12 minutes. The fatigue was killing me to the point where I had to reduce weight to 2 1/2lbs and I still couldn’t do the whole 20 minutes. I started hanging SO with the fulcrum. I use a broom stick as a fulcrum and place it behind the hanger. I feel like it’s a aided A stretch while hanging and it creates a extreme stretch. I will hang tomorrow night as I should be busy during the day.

I have a maxpro ads. I got it off of ebay. I’m able to wear it under my clothes with no problems.

I wore my ADS for 13 hours today while at work. I am going to hang tomorrow. I plan on doing BTC hanging with at least 10 lbs for the first two sets or until I reach fatigue, then I will hang SO with the fulcrum using only 5 lbs. I will post more tomorrow.
