Length work, girth work and some light hanging today. I only hung for an hour, just felt like throwing some hanging in there.

Yesterday I did length and girth work. I’m hanging for 2 hours today and will do the rest of my routine later. Last night the girlfriend said I felt thicker.

Your thread was one of the first I ever read on here and got inspired by, hope you start gaining again and getting back in shape. (If my memory serves me correct you mentioned getting out of shape and from a picture you posted back in the day I must say you had a damn fit body.)

Thanks mate. Yeah I used to be in very good shape. Fitness modeling, underwear modeling and competitive body building and once I got out of shape it sucked. Now I’m back in the gym daily, eating properly and looking much better. The PE is back on course also. I’m hoping I can one day reach my goal. Now with more time to PE and a stronger commitment, I hope to one day “measure up”.

Jelqing today, will do sadsak slinky later tonight.

Jelqing and sadsak slinky today. No hanging. Stayed strapped in for too long and developed a tiny blister so I’m waiting for that to heal before I resume hanging.

I’ve been consistently doing girth work for the past few days and I feel I’m losing girth. May have to take a few days off. I haven’t been jelqing so maybe that has something to do with it. I guess I’ll have to get back to jelqing combined with the girth work.
