After 4 months of PE, I have made some gain as I thought It was almost from newbie routine.

So today, I open this thread with purpose of tracking my progress and also can get advices from experts from this forum. English is not my main language so please do not bother if I make grammar mistakes. I will try to improve my writing later. Thank you

Basically, I am following 1 on 1 off routine.

Yesterday my routine was:

- 10mins warmup

- 20 jelqs

- 10 mins pumping at 3hg with heat

- massage and 20 jelqs

- Edging with rubber cock ring 10-15mins

- 5mins warm down

Today is off day, I usually do not have good feeling after pumping but today I feel thicker and heavier but flaccid do not hang as good as normal.

Actually, I do not stretch due the slight pain that I pulled a little harder last week. So I should let it healed and will start to add more stretches next week.

Watch it if the cock ring isn’t too tight or this could be considered clamping.

Thank you Lenny. I do not know how tight when using cock ring but just enough to ejaculate without any discomfort. I also have made some EG gain from this.

Are the veins getting bigger while doing it?

A good idea would be to separate them: edging and then apply the cock ring afterwards to hold most of the expansion from the previous session.

I add more 5 mins of light stretches,30s each, others are still the same. I will be do the same routine till next 4 weeks and measure and take decon break for 1 week.

After session, I put on turtling silicone sleeve for 1 hour, my glan felt cold so I take it off, took some fire goats to make it warm before went to bed. Mw was more frequent than first day. Maybe my pennis was conditioned to pumping.

Today is off day.

The inner width is 2.6 cm (~1.02”), I cut a 6 cm silicone sleeve and worn it from the base after session or in gym time.
I just try to wear sleeve two day. If the glans is still cold, I will stop to wear it actually.

Yesterday, I just try to increased pumping time to 15minutes at 3hg.very weak Mw, turtling a bit.

Off day today and tomorrow.

So I am considering to back to my old routine

2on 1 off including basic stretches, jelqs and edging. I feel that it was more healthier, stronger Mw and the pennis was more plumped when I did this routine.

I will be sticked with this routine and measure till the end of this month.
5 mins warm up
10 mins of stretches
10 mins or Jelqs
3 sets of 5 mins clamps and edging 2 to 3 mins in between
5-10 mins edging
5 mins warm down
Iam following 1on 1 off.
I found that my Guy is more plumped, thicker and hang lower all day after session. Strong morning wood.
And I also found out using Glutamine before go to bed is really effected to my EQ.

I Will comeback next month.

I have been off PE nearly 1 week for decon break. I will start new routine next week. After read trauma theory by TG. I would consider to change to his routine. It would be 2 on 1 off, 4 days per week or 1 on 1 off depeding on my PI and EQ.

My routine will be:

Day1: warm up, stretches, edging with rubber cockring, warm down

Day 2: warm up, jelqs, 5min pump at 3hg, edging, warm down

Day 3: warm up, stretches, edging, warmdown

Day 4: warm up, 3 sets of 5 mins clamping and edging 2-3 between set and 5 mins edging to finish, warm down

I will follow this routine and measure after one month. I also have gained a little bit from previous routine. So my stat right now is:

NBPEL:14cm, BPEL:16cm

Upper EG: 12.6cm, mid EG 12.3cm, base EG: 12.5cm

I feel clamping is reallly effective exercise and really like it. But after read trauma theory by TG. I would reduce to do clamping exercise from 3 days to 1 days per week.

BPEL~18.5cm, NBP=16.1~16.2cm( start from 11-11.5cm so micro penis I thought🤣🤣)
EG:12 cm ( did no change much from the beginning at 11cm)
My length gain comes from extender most( extened most from 700-900gram, 8-10 hours a day, 5days/ a week in 2 years)

Target:
NBP=18cm
EG=15cm
Right now, I am focus to increase Girth a bit

My current routine 2 on 1 off, 6 weeks on 1 week off
Extender 8 hours/ a day( around 5-700gram()
Mix Jelq around 150/200 between set
Jelq squeeze 15-20 between set
Clamp 2x 5 mins, edge for 10-15 in between
Not much warm up, warm down around 1-2mins. I will try this routine for 3 months and wait to see some gains!
PE is worked. Just patient and consistent

18.5cm = BPEL bro, from 11.5cm to 16cm =Npb, the gain of 4-4.5cm I guessed. Started from tiny penis till today as I am quite happy. Thanks to thunders and lots of information from other posts and from mods.

At NBP=16-16.2cm, I start to touch my wife’s cervix more often. Sometimes It hurt her at some points🙂.
