PE update
Hi all, I stopped length exercises a few years ago when I got to about 7.5". My girth was probably down to about 4.75" when I was done with length. I essentially lost some girth after gaining over 1" in length from manual stretching. I typically do girth exercises 5 times a month or so when I have time off work to really focus. I was doing pump exercises but not gaining anything permanently. I found that clamping after pumping has been the game changer for me. With the very limited time I have to do this routine, I can almost measure gains each week if done correctly. I am currently around 5.5" of girth and probably 5 3/4 after workouts. Anyways with some advise from users on here I start in the morning by clamping a couple times, usually 10 minute sets. Then I will pump for 5 minutes, manual squeezes for 5 minutes (3 times pumping and 2 times for manual squeezes. After a break I will do 10 minute clamping sessions as many times as I can fit in that day. Again, I might be able to do this 5 or 6 times a month and only probably 9 months out of the year as time allows.
My goal at this point is to cement 5 3/4" girth before I consider length exercises again. I probably gained another 1/4" or so when I was doing bundled stretches but I stopped stretching a few years ago and have cemented 7.5" BP on a good day.
