Update to Help with Length
I have changed my routine slightly. I do exercises more aggressively (jelquing, bending, and 2way length) and then take a day off, so I am only exercising every other day with exception to the PC flexing….i still do approx. 500 per day usually in sets of 50 to 100 holding for 5 sec each and resting 2-3 sec in between reps.
I have seen another 1/4” to 1/2” in length, but I dont know if it is from the change in routine or from before, so I am going to continue the new routine. I am now at 6x5.5 sometimes 5 7/8x5.5.
No replies to the last post….I would really like to hear from some of the more experienced about my routine.
The PC flex really helps in being able to get it up quickly and maintaining a rock hard erection.
